We just arrived, and already so impressed thanks to Faith, the hotel front desk employee. Faith made us feel so welcome, and was super helpful to get us settled in. She totally managed helping us order in a dinner after a long travel day. Huge thanks and shout out to Faith. ❤️. I would give 10 stars for her excellent customer service. A heart felt thank you Faith.❤️👏👏

The hotel room itself was pleasant and met my expectations. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast service. Despite the promise of breakfast at 7:30 AM, it wasn’t available until 8:00 AM, and even then, essential items like hot water for eggs were missing. Additionally, from my point of view the overall quality of the food was poor. During my recent trip to France, I stayed in eight different hotels over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, my experience at your establishment was the least satisfactory.

I asked for a parking spot right after making reservation (about one week before the stay) and they chose not to respond, and when we arrived at the place the parking was full. The person at the reception just told us she was not the one who was supposed to respond and no apologies for the inconvenience at all. Other than bad service the stay was okay.

Would stay here again without a doubt, slight walk from the centre of Chartes but in a very nice location. Rooms spotlessly clean and staff really helpful

I’ve been staying for a month as I’m temporary working in the area. The place is conveniently located 5 mins from the center, with a good variety of bars and restaurants on your doorstep . Is dog friendly, which is a great bonus. My little dog could stay for few days as well. Some of the reception team members are really nice and will help you where they can. Definitely recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Residehome. After arriving quite late on a Friday night, we were completely drained from the road trip and a long work week. However, the gentleman at the reception greeted us warmly and was incredibly helpful, which gave us a small but much-needed boost of energy. I greatly appreciated the hotel’s design, which was simple, elegant, and practical. Despite being a corporate establishment, the staff managed to maintain a warm and personable demeanor, avoiding the rigidity or overly commercial feel often associated with such places. The room was good value for the price. The only drawback was the lack of electric window shades. As someone highly sensitive to light at night, I found it difficult to fall asleep. I ended up buying an eye mask for the second night, which helped. Overall, we loved our stay, especially considering the great off-season price we paid.

Stayed here last night in a studio for €82. Reception staff at check in and check out we're both pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, room 215 is bright and spacious & the bed was very comfortable and had decent pillows. With the windows closed it was very quiet. The bathroom was not cramped at all and the shower was very good with a constant supply of hot water. Having a fridge, mini dishwasher, alongside the fact you could prepare a meal is an added bonus. The room is spacious enough that there is a dining sized table, another bonus! You could stay here for a week and you wouldn't feel you needed more space. There is also communal areas on reception level, however as we only stayed the one night we did not use these areas.
