Excellent Steak & Shake Restaurant (yes, operating under US brand/franchise license) as well as fantastic top level view!

I slept in my car for a few hours, parked in an area next to the entrance of a 24-hour service station. The area appeared clean and safe, it was well-lit and there were a few other cars parked there already, including a Bentley. In the morning, I grabbed some coffee and croissants, and exchanged a few words with fellow tourists before continuing on my journey. The staff was very helpful in explaining how to pay at the gas pump with cash. Overall, it was as pleasant an experience as one can have at a gas station.

Great service, wonderful staff. Four because of the cleanliness of the shower cubicle. There was too much hair, it must be cleaned after use. All in all, a solid foursome

Wanted to pay for fuel with cash. Now have to prepay (guess how much!) scan a barcode, fill up, return to cashier with printed receipt from pump and get refund. Lesson learned, will pay with card next time! Cashier was lovely though and explained procedure well despite my poor grasp of French.

We had a lovely relaxing break here, choice of food and comfortable place to sit and enjoy it. Everything has been done up since my last visit. Toilets modernised, family area for dining.

The facilities and food taste good. However, a snobby middle-aged female employee made a racist remark.
