Perfect stop over on our way to Spain. We stayed twice. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very nice. The rooms are a bit outdated ( which if they changed the carpets to pvc floors would help a lot). But parking and late check in were smooth and safe.

Very noisy aircon and room was a bit loud since it was close to main road. Hotel was helpful to accompdate for late checkin.

I was a little stressed when I arrived after a long road trip with my dog and Samuel and Leila was there to welcome me with their smile, their kindness and their service (dinner options and breakfast ready to go before 6am). My dog Sherlock even got a treat when we arrived! A beautiful hotel, great staff, excellent food, and very nice appartement. With a Bathtub!!🎉👌 The bed is excellent and about the parking place it's very secured! Entrance door with code and cameras. Your car is safe. A big thank you again to Samuel and Leila. Service is one thing very important but human connection and empathy is another thing very important. I booked a night at this aparthotel in Bordeaux and was pleasantly surprised. They're not very central, but they're the perfect place to sleep for one night and continue your journey. Very clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator. To enter, you need to request the parking access code; it's secure and locked. There are no restaurants open nearby on weekends, but there is a large shopping center just a 5-minute drive away.

The aparthotel is pretty new and therefore modern. Staff is very friendly. Parking is at a secure parking lot and if you dont mind walking than the city centre is a 45 minute walk away. In saying this, it is not a nice walk, just along a busy road.||I think the value for money is good. || Kitchen block to small and actually not useable to cook. There is a very small fridge without freezer compartment. And there is also no table to sit, just the desk. Also the location is not nice. it is in an industrial area, surrounded by some broken down buildings.

Beds: Comfortable big bed WiFi: Reliable Outlets: By the bedside Shower: Okay shower pressure Honestly, it's a quiet area not near anything. The whole check in situation is weird, especially with a car: you drive up, but there's a code to access parking, but they don't give you a code ahead of time with your booking. You go seek reception, but checkin isn't on the ground floor, and you can't get in the building EITHER without a code, also not provided. You have to ring until someone answers, with no signs telling you where reception is, to go in an elevator that barely works without a LOT of patience, in hopes to find reception. Five doors later and you find reception. They refused to add membership numbers to my booking. They pushed for me paying extra for breakfast even after saying I didn't want it, and without at all explaining the parking or wifi situation. Don't explain what the problem is with the elevator, but the key card does not work on it. It did the trick for a night, but wasn't really pleasant and not worth the cost

Very nice to stay place with a reasonable budget. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms. Only slight disadvantage is the location - you need to walk a bit to reach a bus station. But generally if I’m staying in Bordeaux again will definitely stay there again!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the walls are quite thin and I could hear babies crying, tools from maintenance staff etc. The hotel is also right next to a a Harley Davidson dealership so there are often loud motorcycle noises. Location wise, the hotel is quite far from the centre of Bordeaux and not the most accessible. Overall, comfortable stay that suited my needs but may not suit everyone.
