Small theatre, chairs don’t recline, limited selection for snacks- they didn’t have nachos. Fun arcade games & staff were friendly

Horrible experience. We opted for a movie in VOTS (original version). Even the cashier confirmed the movie would be in English. Once we sat down in the room, the movie was in French. When we asked about it, the staff said ‘there are more French people in here, so we changed it to French’. We were shocked. Why sell a ticket for an original version and change it once the movie starts? Non-French speakers, please stay away from this cinema!

Even though picture and sound were really good the ICE hall lacks comfort, legroom is quite limited, with my 2m wasn't possible stretch my legs. Don't understand why to install so many chairs if mostly the hall is half empty.

It's ok. You can just go and watch your movie and leave. But it's so commercial and always long lines, expensive, with tons of ads. And you have to pay for the 3d glasses with no option for the movie not in 3d. I prefer the smaller theater just down the street.

Nice place, prices are affordable, personnel are attentive and nice, good place to spend time with family or friends.
