I have been coming to Nouvelles Galleries/Galeries Lafayette in Annecy for over 30 years so I have met many of the lovely people working there over this time - but I would like to make a special mention and sincere thank you for Marlene in the Home Linens and Adeline from the Sisley counter in Beauté who, for many years now, have been so positive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Congratulations to you, Galeries Lafayette, for these two splendid ambassadors in Annecy🌷

Really nice store. Wider choice of ladies’ casual clothes brands than in Nice and Cannes. Helpful staff.

A big thank you to Nisrine an amazing sales lady who knows the products and makes suggestions until you find exactly what you’re looking for! I only gave a 4 star review as unfortunately most other sale ladies in GL aren’t as invested as her.

Although they are in the midst of building work the store is open. There is some free parking in the car park at ground level. Inside the store is open as usual. Lots of luxury brand concessions in homewares and fashion for men and women. Looking forward to the completion of the renovation next year!

A big choice of brands plus it’s opened on Saturday until 8pm. Definitely a big benefit!

Very good selection of clothes, makeup and perfumes. Prices are also affordable (especially in comparison to Geneva).

Small version of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann... In the same shopping centre there are plenty other shops
