Since the change of the syndic manager of my building 15 months ago, service has been more responsive and professional. The new manager, Alexandre, has done an excellent job under difficult circumstances. Prior to him taking over the job there had been serious problems that were not addressed properly by the previous syndic manager of my building and they were unresponsive to my requests for information.
