I had an incredible experience at this FedEx location! As a first-time customer and a non-French speaker, I was a bit nervous about the process, but Mr. Julian and his colleagues made everything so easy. Julian truly went above and beyond ,he sat down and helped me create an account step-by-step. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. I felt very supported and valued as a customer. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this branch, especially thanks to the exceptional hospitality from Julian! And his colleague that I really wish to know her name too! :)

My package should have been delivered 4 days ago, but it didn't arrive. I spoke to customer service to arrange for the package to be delivered to a relay point, so I don't need to wait in all day for the delivery. Customer service arranged for the package to be delivered the next day to a collection point 2km away, but it did not arrive. Apparently there was an issue with the address. I contacted customer service again and told them I will collect it from the FedEx depot, and they confirmed the package was at the depot waiting for me. The next day I cycled 14km to the depot, and the front desk was closed because the hours have changed to the ones shown on Google. I took a photo of the sign on the gate showing the opening hours and a member of staff went and called security, then closed the gate. Security then came and asked what I was going. Today I cycled 14km to go collect the package again as the tracking was still saying it's at the depot. After waiting 15 minutes for them to find the package, they told me it has been sent to Mondial Relay and will be delivered in 48 hours to the relay location they tried to deliver to. They knew I was going to collect it from the depot, and if there was an issue with the delivery to the relay point, why are they sending it through Mondial Relay to deliver to the same relay point? No wonder they have a terrible rating. The only positive was the young lady on the front desk, who was very polite and apologetic.

Worst delivery company ever, try to avoid at all cost. I was working from home to wait for the package delivery but they never showed up or rang the door or tried to phone, they just claimed I wasn't there. So we drive there to fetch the package and they can't even be bothered to update the opening hours on Google?

This review is about the physical agency of FedEx because the delivery was an epic failure. I arrived here to get my parcel, which hadn't been delivered the day before. Although it's a huge place located in the middle of nowhere, I found the overall experience of getting my parcel rather easy, quick, and positive. I wish FedEx would improve its delivery services to match the politeness and kindness of people who are working at the site.

My package is stuck in Merignac for six days now. Delivery person put the notification in my neighbour's mailbox. Was waiting three days at home for new delivery. Nothing. Then changed to get it delivered to pickup point. Apparently it needs 72 hours!!!!!! to make the changes for FedEx. I paid a lot for express shipping, but this is anything but express

I ordered some flowers which I was told would be delivered in the afternoon, it being specified that morning and evening deliveries were not a thing. So they delivered them at 10:30am when nobody was at home to pick them up. I received an email saying that a delivery attempt was made and the addressee was called and a note was left in their letterbox. As it turns out, no call was made and no note was left. I emailed TNT to tell them of this and asked if delivery could be scheduled for a different date to the next day as I knew the addressee would not be in then. TNT replied (quite quickly actually), saying that they would deliver them the next day WHEN I HAD JUST TOLD THEM THAT WOULDN'T DO. Had to travel an hour in the bus to reach their warehouse and pick them up myself. When I got there they complained about the driving license that we provided as a form of ID, saying it wasn't official enough. As the previous review said, it's a shame that we can't leave 0 stars. This company is a joke. I just got a text saying that my package was not delivered because I was absent and a notice was left. I am writing this from home, no courier and of course no notice is left. Amazon uses this company. I will complain to them and send the packages back.
