It was not worth the price. The room had not been deep cleaned in a while and there were grease stains everywhere in the kitchen. The mini freezer didn't close properly. Staff opened my door without knocking multiple times while I was in the room. There were two false fire alarms at 2am. The apartment, the mall and the metro station are the only things in the area other than a construction site. The studio was minuscule and not worth over 300€ the week.

Worst mattresses ever!! We switch rooms because they did not have our double bed available upon arrival as booked, so they change us to a double next day. Both beds are horrible, just a foamy mattress with a plastic cover that brakes your back while the noise of the squinting plastic makes it's part to keep you awake, if not the noise coming from the central heater will keep you entertain at night. Dirty rooms and unqualified personel to solve anything on the spot. I definetely won't come back. I rather slepp in a sleeping bag than here again

Get off at Balma-Gramont train station and then walk straight from one exit for about ten (10) minutes to finally arrive at this accommodation. It`s a white block of a building enlivened by the color orange. Lobby is dominated by the same color duo and so will be the room. The design theme leaves an impression of spacious functional comfort. The hallways are primarily white but evokes a cool modern vibe instead of a hospital. The room is equipped with a bed, spacious cabinet, work desk, ref, kitchen, flat TV, private bath plus fast wifi, conducive for either a weekend duration or a longer-term stay. Breakfast has a separate reasonable charge so availing of it will provide a filling Western-style breakfast to start the day. For quick snacks, there is a vendo machine at the lobby. Parking is also availabl and the staff is very helpful and nicely-mannered. It`s in a quiet location which also has, on the other side of the road near the train station, a huge mall which includes the hypermarket Auchan Toulouse. In sum, this accommodation is recommendation-worthy .

I recently stayed one night at the Montempo. I had a big presentation the next morning and I ended up getting a very good night of sleep. My room was very spacious, it was clean and everything worked. I appreciated the easy and safe parking. I would definitely stay here again for a business trip.

If you don’t mind the location (suburbs) everything is good. No problems whatsoever. Perhaps a tad bit expensive laundry. Good reception, easy communication, flexible check-in/ check-out. I recommend.

The apart-hotel is really close to metro (Balma Gramont), 5 minutes walking maximum, and nearby there is a shopping with a big supermaket (altough it closes at 21:30pm). The room was very nice and clean and very quiet. The kitchen had all the supplies needed. |The only (small) thing that we missed was another towel for our hands in the toilette. |I recommend!

First time at MonTempo. Liked the professional, helpful and cheerful front-office staffers who give the traveler all required info to have a pleasant stay on their premises. It's more a room than a studio, although it feels comfy and cozy. Enjoyed the thick and plushy towels, the fast wifi connection, and the spotless bathroom (the shower cabin doesn't completly close which makes a for a wet floor after each shower). They have a secured bicycle storage room inside the property. Good enough for 1 or 2 nights. Although I didn't talpke it, the 7€ breakfast buffet that start at 06:30 sounds like a bargain. Close to a commercial center with Auchan supermarket but 5 km from Toulouse city center. No detergent. No hair dryer. No electric kettle. Old coffee machine (no Nespresso capsules). Hardly enough space to prepare a meal just enough for simple cooking.

For the rate charged (roughly 50 euros) you can't beat this place. A clean spacious room with built in kitchen unit, good wi-fi, friendly staff, close to the metro to town and plenty of shopping nearby. Honestly it doesn't get much better
