Old train, not really working, we had to stay 40 minutes in the middle of nowhere for the train to be repaired and people wait and lose precious time. Because they don’t check the train before?! Can you do better, please!

For an operation as massive as this it astounds me that they just cannot get the most basic stuff together. It's 2023 Space travel is upon us, trains rocket along at 250km plus without breaking a sweat. Some countries are introducing pay by the month tickets that cover the WHOLE COUNTRY for under 100€, and some much less. But in France i still have to buy a seperate ticket to travel on RER outside Paris Central zones 1 and 2.. So many branches of the French train system and none of them have any idea what the others are doing. The great irony is that within these regional networks they have brilliant staff that go out of their way a lot of the time, how they deal with the aging and run down infrastructure of the SNCF is amazing to me.

저녁 9시 비행기를 타기 위해 지방에서 정오쯤 cdg공항에 도착하는 기차를 탔습니다. 그런데 전기공급 문제가 있다며 들판 한복판에 섰고 3시간 지체가 예상되던 운행이 결국 다른 노선을 3번이나 갈아타며 Paris Montparnasse역에 도착했고, 자비로 택시를 타고 저녁9시에 공항에 도착했습니다. 기차 안의 한 contrôleuse는 택시비 보상 등에 관해 물어보자 목적지 Paris에 도착하면 그게 12시간이 늦었든 20시간이 늦었든 다른 교통편이나 비행기를 놓쳐 호텔을 이용하게 되더라도 SNCF는 보상하지 않는다고 했습니다. 하지만 우리는 보상을 요구할 수 있음을 몇 개월 후 사이트에서 읽을 수 있었습니다. 여행온 외국인들에게는 프랑스어를 구사해도 보상규정에 관해 아무것도 설명하지 않는 차별이 있으니 외국인 여행자 여러분 프랑스 기차는 되도록 타지 마세요! 자주 겪는 문제들을 해결하기보다는 늘 이런 식이라며 받아들이는 프랑스인들의 태도도 놀랍습니다. 국가기반시설과 공공서비스가 이런 수준인데 어떻게 올림픽을 치룰지, 관광객을 호갱으로 아는 이런 정서를 알고 여행하세요!!

C'est un lieu que peut de personnes pourrons voir, le CCU, centre de commandement unique, regroupe la gestion ferroviaire de Paris Est et bientôt l ouest! Tout les services y sont présent !

TGV Strasbourg nach Paris . Immer wieder eine der angenehmsten Arten zu reisen. Komfortabel, preiswert , schnell und pünktlich. Alle die hier so sehr negative Bewertungen der SNCF geben, sollten mal mit der DB durch Deutschland fahren.

Evite viajar nos trens da França. Os agentes tratam os turistas muito mal! Não há orientação e muito menos sinalização adequada. Qualquer infração, como descansar as pernas sobre assento, será penalizada com truculência e multa. Viaje de ônibus ou alugue um carro.

Lieu sympa à proximité de la cité fertile. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Pour ceux qui aiment les trains vous allez être servis. Ce lieu a une durée de vie limité à 1 an environ. Les responsables cherchent un lieu pour pouvoir continuer leurs activités. J'espère qu'ils trouveront rapidement une solution pérenne.

Train perpétuellement en retard, si ce n'est annulé comme ce matin . La contrôleuse, très cordiale (ouf) me souligne qu elle doit notifier ce retard pour ne pas me faire aligner à la correspondance. (super la communication entre équipe) Ce n'est pas la première fois. Au passage mes billets de train sont restés non remboursé avec les problèmes de grèves. Saint Lazare prennent les voyageurs pour du bétail avec leurs portillons contrôle qui marche une fois sur 3. C'était ma dernière tentive. J'ai compris. Maintenant la voiture semble être largement plus efficace , surtout moins cher, plus comfortable et beaucoup moins fatiguant au final.
