They offer two options: hotel rooms and apartments. I strongly recommend choosing the hotel. The apartments tend to be noisy and cigarette smoke can get in. The location is unbeatable for the price-quality ratio. The hotel rooms are simple but include all essentials, including air conditioning.

I booked here 3 days before I stay. I was traveling alone, but all staff gave me such a warm welcome that I completely felt at ease during my stay. This hotel is really quiet even it’s in the central of the city. I pretty recommend to stay here when you travel Nice.Thank you very much!

Noisy. The building is clean, but there is absolutely no sound insulation. There were loud and heavy footsteps from the room above till late at night, and I was woken up at 0650h by loud voices. The primary school at the back is also very noisy. Most bizarrely, there was not even a duvet!

Exceptional! Off-season stay, very comfortable, affordable, and unbeatable location in the heart of Cannes. We were three adults and two dogs in two cosy apartments. Lovely French breakfast, extremely friendly staff, and a convenient parking spot just two minutes away. We did hear children from a nearby kindergarten, but it added to the charm and gave our stay a wonderfully authentic feel. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the Promenade and plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and fresh, with a comfortable bed and strong shower pressure. Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable, and the included small breakfast was a nice touch. It was also quiet at night with no street noise, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the bathroom door, which slid open on its own and could fit a bit better, so the facilities lose a point there. Overall though, it’s good value for money and I’d happily stay again.

We have been regular visitors to Le Hotel Le Florian over the past ten years or more. It has always been a Pleasure for us. The Family and the Staff are always Friendly and Helpful. In Particular, the Family have been extremely welcoming and Kind to myself and my Wife. We have nothing But Praise for Everything and Everyone that is connected to Le Hotel Le Florian. Merci!

Great value studio apartments only 5 minutes' walk from Cannes station, well placed for a hub to explore the Riviera. The apartment was extremely clean, bright and comfortable- with powerful and quick air conditioning which was much appreciated in the heat! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
