i received this product as a gift (bought online) , the packaging was very damaged and the product inside was also damaged in several places. so i contacted the customer service via email with images as proof, their answer was it was too late to do anything about it. so the original buyer of this product contacted them by phone and after a long discussion they told her to exchange it in any physical store. i did that (got a refund and bought another one, instead of getting a direct exchange) and after paying delivery fees that went to waste (15 euros), when i get home and opened the new oven, i noticed that it was also deffective. so i had enough of this nonsense and this is the last time i buy anything from electro depot and i will never recommend it to any one

Wow this place is the real deal I got my cafe machine, microwave and air fryer in and affordable prices and it’s has been months and everything is working fine I will definitely come back for other electronics

Good place of electronics. But not good staff. Especially security staff don't good deal to customers. Other staff activity too slow. I purchased mi smart watch at very reasonable price from this depot. When I got my watch. I was waiting a long time there to get my watch.

My friend has bought trotinette from here. Within 3weeks it stopped working so, he gave for repairing as it has 2 years of warranty. After 1month we went there to bring trotinette because we didn't get any response in a month. They said your product is repaired now. You can bring it. We brought and started trotinette outside, Within 300m it stopped suddenly. Then, I realized actually they didn't even repaired. We went back to show but, customer service officer was not listening to us. Obviously, if we gave you 1month of time for something to repair and after a month you bring us a unrepaired product, anybody could angry and annoyed. We paid for that product. But, then, the Manager came and she assured us that your product will be come repaired within 5weeks for sure or else we'll give you another new product. Let's hope for the best. But, still we have to wait for 2months to bring our product repaired. That's really awful. Very poor after sales service.
