Very friendly and helpful staff. The boat was pristine and in perfect working order. Very reasonably priced, paying per boat and not per person. The staff were able to give good recommendations on where to visit, and a thorough safety brief was given beforehand. All the staff spoke good English too, helpful for those of us still learning French.

Great experience with BATOLOC ! The boats are in excellent condition, well maintained and easy to handle, even for beginners. The yellow team is very welcoming and professional, with clear explanations to ensure a safe trip out to sea. We had an unforgettable day exploring the beautiful coves and coasts of the area. Thank you for this memorable day, we will come back with pleasure !

Disrespectful staff. We were five of us discussing what boat to rent, when out of the blue one of the staff yelled to our faces to shut up (140 db I assume). I didn't understand what happened at the moment because we weren't talking that loud (less than 140 db by far). I do not recommend them at all! EDIT, Response to BATOLOC: Respecting other people is the main compass I follow for my daily actions. For this same reason, I went away after being yelled to for no reason. I returned back to clear the fact that your way was not professional nor client friendly at all, and I tried to stay respectful to your clients and the friendly part of the staff while doing so. Let me do the devil's advocate here, you have the right to defend your interests of course, but I wouldn't recommend lying as a strategy. Fortunately, the security deposit was blocked and we didn't rent the boat. That's it, I hope we all improve.

Great 3 hour ‘drive’ down the coast and up the river to Agde cathedral. A lot of big jellyfish!! Great service, nice little boat and overall a big fat recommendation for these guys
