PERMO CONSTRUCTION

I recently requested a quote from this company. A female representative called very early in the morning at a very inconveinient time and at that time I asked for email communication only. I communicate via email as I have all the details I can refer to at a later time and have a record of the conversation so i dont forget anything. You folks need a better customer service person. I am getting quotes for a structure for hay storage on my farm from many companies and have moved on from this debacle. After answering all of thier questions promptly with all the details asked for and within the hour via email I was told without any type of explanation from this same woman that they are unable to supply me with anything. Then in a next sentence she said should i change my mind please get in touch??? Change my mind about what?!!! No explanation or any type of alternative or what would I be changing my mind about since you gave me nothing for why you just refused my business despite my very detailed reply. What an incredibly bad way to run a business. I have a healthy budget for a fabric building and have the ability to pay in cash outright. You have lost my business. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a farm structure as all they have done is completely waste my time.

J'adore mon permodome! Je l'utilise comme manège intérieur équestre, j'ai de la luminosité tout au long de la journée même si c'est nuageux, je n'ai pas besoin de lumière durant la journée, donc économie d'électricité. L'achat ainsi que l'installation ont été A1.
