Great stay overall. Friendly staff and really convenient 24-hour check-in, which helped as we arrived after midnight from Disneyland. Clean room, good shower and working ac.||Good location, close to the airport, with a KFC across the road and a Lidl nearby.

am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was non-existent (literally zero), and the staff's attitude toward guests was beyond unprofessional—it was downright rude. They have no idea how to manage a hotel or treat customers. Every small request was turned into a massive problem. It is clear that the management and staff are completely incompetent. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The hotel was ok. The staff was rude during a few of our interactions just depending on time of day. Cleanliness was ok. In our room the toilet room door would not latch closed. The car park is secure at night.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Customer service is non-existent, and the staff is incredibly disrespectful. I recently stayed at B&B HOTEL Paris Nord Gonesse Parc des Expos, and overall, it was a convenient and budget-friendly choice, especially if you’re looking for something close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The location is great just around 15 minutes from the airport, which makes it ideal for a short stay, transit night, or early morning flight. The hotel itself is quite modern and clean, with simple facilities that match what you’d expect from a budget chain like B&B Hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. There’s also free parking and Wi-Fi, which is a big plus. The rooms are small, though just enough space for a bed, a small desk, and your luggage. It’s not very spacious, but it’s fine for a short stay or for solo travelers. The bathroom was clean and functional, with hot water and good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and despite being near a main road, the rooms were fairly quiet at night. Breakfast was basic but decent typical continental style with pastries, coffee, juice, and some cold items. Don’t expect a full buffet, but it’s good enough to start your day. If you’re looking for luxury or big rooms, this isn’t the place. But if you just need a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay close to the airport or Parc des Expositions, this hotel does the job well. In short: Great value for money, good location, small rooms, but comfortable and clean. Perfect for travelers on a budget or anyone catching an early flight.

This is a very poor quality hotel. It is cheap, and in a very poor state of repair. The staff are not very friendly. it is located in a very noisy industrial estate. There are other B&B hotels nearby- try them instead.

The bad: Rooms and alleys are smelly, HEATING DONT WORK IN THE ROOMS! The good: At least you are able to sleep for a while, the shower is ok.
