Lovely public swimming area with both toddler & adult swimming areas. Lifeguard supervision until 7pm and open until 9pm. Hut for 'artisanale' ice cream, snacks & drinks, toilet facilities. Beautiful views of Sisteron, the citadelle and the Rocher de la Baume.

such a nice place for children to play. the water was very refreshingly cold on a hot summers day. the free entrance is a nice touch.

It's nice to find a spot where you can sit and relax, all the while having dozens of restaurants within walking distance along with a nice view. Although the water is cold, it is perfect for those warm summer days. Just make sure to bring something to sit on. Although some seating spots are carved out of the wall adjecent to the park, you'll be sitting on cobblestone which can get a little uncomfortable for longer periods.

Lovely lake for swimming, sun bathing or eating ice cream. Lots of shaded spots beneath trees and benches to sit on. Also pleasantly surprised it's free entry.

What an amazing place for family! The lake and splashing pool is great. Also the park is great for a pic nic. There is a life guard and it is free! I wish there were more places like this one!

No risk of drowning. Today 12th September both pools were completely dry. Such a shame, still 4 stars because the area is beautiful in itself as a park.

A bit crowded and from the citadel the water looked a bit dodgy but up close it was fine if a bit crowded...but it was 42 degrees so expected, with a great view of the Citadel. You can bring a picnic and there are toilets, it is free. Good place to cool down.

Well kept and a great location for family picnics, barbecues etc. The water is changed regularly and is safe for swimming and splashing around! Snacks and drinks shack.
