I love this hotel. I got a beautiful suite on the top floor with a view of the garden and the city. Quiet and private, close to all necessities such as cozy restaurants and the local market. The hotel is furnished with a special atmosphere and beautiful details, like a stylish home that makes you feel at home. Good service and great breakfast. I will not hesitate to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay after our cycling trip from Bordeaux to Toulouse. What a beautiful building. Very comfortable bed and superb bathroom - one I would be happy to have in my own home! Sebastian was a charming host. We thoroughly enjoyed his company. He also recommend a very good local restaurant. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Amazing house architecturally - it was not what we expected when we first saw it from the road. Sebastian was an extremely gracious and friendly host. great host. We were on a cycling holiday from Bordeaux to Toulouse and had stayed in disappointing venues along the route so it was such a relief to find such an interesting, quirky hotel with a very comfortable bed and super bathroom.

Delightfully quaint and quiet country hotel in a pretty village near to Toulouse.The rooms are large and airy. Air conditioning is a bit dated but the heatwave conditions have been challenging. Everything is clean and breakfast in the garden is a delight. There is a great Saturday market about 50 metres from the hotel in a beautiful old market place.|l have stayed at this bijou hotel several times over the last 5 years and it has maintained a high standard always. The beds and linen are immaculate and the rooms are spacious and airy. We will be back next year for sure.

Although a little pricey at £113 per night it is excellent value for money. Secure storage for bikes. Excellent welcome by host. Spacious large room with beautiful furnishing. Large walk in shower, comfortable firm bed, air conditioning, TV and tea/coffee. Excellent quality. Very french breakfast including vegetarian option. Highly recommended.

A bit underwhelming . We arrived to find no one answering the door . Then phoned the owner who said we should have received a code . Eventually entered a dark hotel ,found our key . Spotted a shot gun lying behind reception.! Room was ok but outside terrace was filthy . Stair case carpet very dirty . Went outside for a drink at 7 pm ,only to find the bread basket /pastries for breakfast already laid out …. So we decided to skip breakfast inside . Then asked to pay our bill ,which we had already paid… you get the idea?

Everytime i come to Toulouse i try to stay in Villa Leopoldine. Very nice and confortable hotel, I'm not sure but I think there're few rooms, so after all day working it's good to have calm in your hotel. Breakfast is quite good to start a new day. Very good price for a high quality hotel. The rooms are fanstastic !

We stayed for one night at the end of July and loved the style of Villa Leopoldine. The staff were very friendly and we were lucky to be there during the town party. Parking might have been an issue but the hotel had 1 parking space nearby for 10 euros.
