I have used Taxi Lyon TL’s services since 2022 and am very impressed by their consistent customer service and the quality of their drivers. The rides are always efficient and drivers are always courteous making the journey to the airport a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

We reserved a taxi in the evening for the following early morning. I was charged and he reservation was confirmed. I received a call WHEN THE TAXI WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ARRIVING that there were no taxis available and that I wouldn’t be refunded until I called back during business hours. Luckily I was able to get another company to come quickly otherwise we would hav missed our train.

It was ok: I booked 2 hours in advance, got a call from the operator. Then on time I recieved a call from the driver saying he is there and I paid by cash in the end of the trip. I had a cat by me and everyth was well arranged, thank you.

TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this no star at all I would. They simply lied to me on the phone about the pricing. When I got into the car I asked the driver if the fare would be the same as what they said on the phone, and he said it would be DOUBLE!! At this point I was on my way to the airport and we were on the motorway so I couldn't afford to get off and it was too late to get a different taxi. Uber was half the price!! Only reason I didn't get it is because you can't reserve for the next day but I wished I'd gone with them. You're better off just getting Uber. It would have been 40 € instead of 75 € !! The price aside, it was the fact that they clearly lied on the phone which was absolutely unacceptable to me!

Always in time, always the best route, always nice drivers!

The driver was very kind and arrived on time. Considering that was quite early in the morning and I'm very happy.

Was cheaper than the Uber app quote and driver delivered a professional service
