NOT QUENTIN

We arrived in Carcassonne late and needed somewhere to eat. I’m so glad we found this little place. Even though it was late and no one else was there, they made us feel so welcome and in no way rushed. They were really friendly and the food was fantastic. I can’t wait to come back and go again.

We ate some really nice Mexican style tacos and nachos here. Vegi, pulled pork and polo trio, all were very tasty. This small restaurant is run by a really nice couple. They also have real Mexican juices and hot sauces. We liked the Valentina sauce so much that we bought one. Highly recommend.

Fun and tasty addition to our wedding weekend! Hot or Not Mexican Style Food served a comfort supper/dinner for us and our 60 guests the day after our wedding at Chateau Villarlong. With prior agreement, they kindly catered for some of our plant-based and gluten-free guests. We were utterly thrilled by the service and food. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hot or Not

An excellent little place with great food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I are recent transplants from the US and we worried we wouldn’t be able to find good Mexican food in Carcassonne, but we were pleasantly surprised to find Hot or Not, we will be back!

Superb. Best taqueria I've been to. Try the spicy salsa with chili paste.

My husband and I had an amazing lunch here! Food and service was wonderful. This is the place to go in Carcassonne when you need your Mexican food fix!

Best tacos I’ve ever had. Been traveling France and this is the best food I’ve had throughout the whole trip. Delicious!
