The Corte Fortress is probably the most attractive view in town and from the Belvedere it actually looks very nice. The Belvedere is easy to reach walking (I'd say no wheelchairs, though) and it's free. You can't leave without a short visit here.
Worthy climb so you can enjoy the view. Especially almost 2000m high mountain to the west.

The old capital of Corsica (Corse) and the point Belvedere in particular is a must see place to visit if you do go to the island, absolutely stunning. Plus there are some of the best eating places in Corsica there.
Great views and you can visit this place for free but go to citadel for magnificent views. Small souvenir shop was good. He gave me 1 euro discount.
Great views, not too tricky a walk.
