⭐Your Next Elegant Step⭐ I recently had the privilege of participating in Claudia Arena’s program, “Your Next Elegant Step,” and it was a truly transformative experience. Claudia created a game that is essentially art therapy in a playful, immersive format. The first session is all about diving into the game—no pressure, just curiosity. Then, it’s followed by six individual sessions that unfold over about two months. What struck me most was how personal and unique this journey is—depending on where you are in life, the insights you gain can be surprising and deeply moving. I’m not an artist, and art therapy initially felt intimidating, but Claudia’s approach is so welcoming. This isn’t about artistic skill—it’s a safe, gentle space to reconnect with yourself. I wholeheartedly recommend Claudia’s work to anyone seeking a structured yet deeply personal healing journey.

I went to a ceramics workshop recently and honestly… I didn’t expect it to be such a powerful experience. Working with clay on the wheel is something very special. The moment your hands touch the clay, everything slows down. You have to be present, patient, and gentle with the material. It’s almost impossible to rush it. What surprised me the most is how calming and grounding it felt. The atmosphere of the workshop was warm and welcoming, and the Claudia guided everyone with so much care and attention. It didn’t feel like a class where you have to “perform” or be perfect. Instead, it felt like a space where you can experiment and enjoy the process. What I thought would simply be a creative activity turned into something much more enriching. There was something deeply satisfying about shaping the clay with your own hands and seeing a form slowly appear. It reminded me how powerful it is to work with natural materials and create something tangible. I left the workshop feeling relaxed, inspired, and honestly a little surprised by how meaningful the experience was. If you ever get the chance to try this ceramics workshop, I highly recommend it. Sometimes the most unexpected activities end up being the ones that nourish you the most.

J’ai eu la chance de participer hier à l’atelier « The Elegant Next Step », un jeu d’art-thérapie créé et animé par Claudia. Cette expérience permet d’aller à la rencontre de soi tout en douceur. Les retours et les partages des participantes agissent comme un miroir très parlant, dans un cadre bienveillant et sécurisant. Ce fut un moment léger, riche en créativité, en découvertes et en échanges authentiques. Merci à Claudia pour la qualité de son accompagnement et de son animation.
