I did not have a good experience at this H&M. It was close to closing and a very rude worker told me I couldn’t try and item on in a very patronising way which makes sense as it’s almost closing. I went back to buy the item without trying it on which I clearly explained after she blocked me off from the item. She told me it was not possible to buy even though there were multiple customers purchasing items at the till. She could have just explained in a nicer manner rather than being discriminative and talking in an unnecessary tone which I do not appreciate

Very disappointing experience. Visited the store on my birthday and was asked to leave before the official closing time. I politely requested several times to stay a bit longer, but the staff responded rudely and with clear attitude. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely ruined what should have been a special day. I expected better from H&M. I won’t be returning to the store again

The reviews say it all. Extremely rude manager and customer service. Kicking people out of the store 20 mins before it closes when I politely asked to quickly by something. A shame H&M losing so many sales to rude customer service representatives. Do better.

Fundamentally lazy staff; was yelled at and asked to leave 16 minutes before the listed closing time (as other reviewers have indicated, they apparently close the store 25 — 60 minutes in advance). If you don’t want to work then give the opportunity to someone else.

Need more cashiers and help in store

It’s one of my favorites, people think because it’s cheap it’s not worth visiting, but actually every time I search for some clothes in other shops and I can’t find what I want I find it in H&M. plus the staff working there are very helpful, nice and friendly.

They closed 25 min before closing hour. I couldn't even try the clothes I had in my hand, they told me to leave immediately... do not recommend to shop there during the end of the day
