Excellent Hospital. I had a very bad stomach ache and went there in the early morning (around 3am). They treated me like a King. I'm Spanish. They checked everything: blood test, electros and a scanners..surprise! Vesicle damage. I has to take surgery back in Barcelona because it wasn't that bad. Nurses, doctors, all super professional.

What a disaster! When i came in, the sign said i had to wait for 4 hours. An x Ray was made within half an hour. It toke 11.5 hour (!!!!!) to see the docter. I had to wait in a verry warm waiting room. This was during the heatwave. No communication, no water was offered. I saw the docter for 5 minutes. The nurses ( 2 of them) just sat there. He told me to come back the next day for un ultrasound at 9.00. When i arrived i showed them te papers from the docter. They told me the first avvalible option was in oktober. ( was there 20 of september. I left. When i came home, i looked at the report from the docter. And then i saw that they mixed rapport with an other patiënt. First it said i was a 47 year old woman ( correct) later it said i was a 23 male with a diagnoses wich isnt mine! The adres and private information of this 23 year old male was on my diagnoses rapport. Thereby you dont work according the RGPD! It was a horrible experience. A great lack of professionalism! An other patiënt was there for just a tetanus injection. I dont know why but the nurse couldnt give it to him, he had to wait for the docter, hij waited for 12 hours! For a simple shot! An other patiënt was there because of a simple tick. She also had to wait for the docter ( 12 hours!!) Unbelieveble , what a mess! Never again!

Wait time went from 5 hours to 7 hours whilst we were waiting, meaning we wouldn’t be seen until at least 2am. Helpful staff but not adequate for the demand. When we were see the service was good and the staff helpful enough but it felt like they were under-resourced.

Had to visit due to a medical emergency, the nurses, doctors and techniciens were all very efficient and effective. So a well deserved rating. Ultimately I had to be transferred to CH Perpignan because I needed surgery, but this was all arranged and an ambulance was called to take me. There was a lot of waiting around, but that is not really down to the staff who have to cope with a lot of demand for their services, which is the real reason for delays.

Never had such a bad experience!! If I could give NO STARS, I would! We arrived around 12:00 and the announcement mentioned a waiting time of 3 hours (already very long in my opinion). Going ‘home’ (we’re camping in the neighborhood) is no option. We were told that if we’d go now and come back tomorrow, we‘d probably encounter the same waiting time (or longer). When, finally, we were called in, they made X-rays, which we had to immediately pay after developing (no problem) but then we had to go back to the waiting room where, in the meantime, the waiting time extended to 4 (more) hours, so starting all over again. The time, while writing this review, was exactly 22:53. Already waiting for me than 10 hours and no physician to be seen. After we finally saw the physician (approx. 23:50), we had to come back the next day for a scan, with at least an appointment for 09:00. That would help a lot…. we thought. We found out that everyone gets that same appointment, so back in line. We waited again for two more hours and then we went away. No result!! I spoke to a French patient and she told me, that it’s quite normal to wait this long. EXCUSE ME?!?! I could die waiting. Never!, ever!, coming back here!!

Arrived at the clinic bleeding seriously and dangerously internally from my kidney. Received immediately priority service and scan etc before being urgently transferred to Perpignan where I spent the next 12 days. The clinic was professional, supportive and effective. Efficient and responsive team. And could not have been kinder. Very grateful for the care I received from all the staff

For a non French speaker the clinic was good. Doctor spoke good English and with nurse/reception, we made it work. Wait times can be a bit long so avoid peak times.
