The institution is completely unsanitary! One toilet is always never working. The urine basket is right on the secretary’s desk! I deposited my urine sample on the front desk and some spilled! I freaked out and all she did was grab some paper towel and wiped it!!! Also I asked for a new copy of my receipt since some urine dropped on it and she said no. I have problems with this place everytime I go!
