Only the ladies working at gynecology and family planning and paramedics were the best and CT scan lady who was true best, truly the best humans I have ever saw, the rest, worst hospital ever, 14 hours in total, many blood tests taking 5-7 hours, no food, I did not eat for 28 hours they did not care. I could see old patients also left alone without a food or even water.

My son was born there almost 12 years ago. The nurses and doctors were efficient and a a lot cheaper than hospitals in USA

My sister was suffering from severe ulcer flare up and we had to call an ambulance, this took 1h30mins for the ambulance SAMU ( this one is a joke) to arrive, they were so nonchalant! Then we arrived at this hospital and had to wait! The nurses were not particularly polite but fast in admitting but my goodness the doctor was so dismissive! Left my sister for hours with no explanation or medication! They kept my sister there with no food, water or medication! From 20h to about 13h30 the next day! The people in the ward were all left with NO FOOD & WATER! One of them had to ask if they were in a grave or a hospital! She had to use her own medicine to help her ease her pain & discomfort! She was sent home because The gastroenterologist could not make it to the clinic to check on her! She was ask to call his private practice to see him! We have been calling and his secretary never picks up! It’s really a baffling situation as France boosts of its public health system! We make contributions for this and you are still helpless! This makes me so scared! What if it was a life threatening situation? I am now looking for alternatives in France! There is infrastructure but my goodness no good doctors caring doctors! They simply don’t give a damn about patients! Let’s not talk about the waiting room that had dried blood stains on the floor and chairs never cleaned!

Came for pre booked IRM. Staff at reception clearly stressed and tired, so don't like to think how their working day goes. Polite queries immediately met with scorn and exasperation. Ticketing system clearly not the most intuitive as staff gave rude and exasperated instructions to everyone arriving. Afterwards told to wait in waiting area for results, but, had to push reception staff, who it turned out already had the results waiting but no one bothered to call. An hour later. Better to pay for a private clinic

Some of the rudest personal, and longest wait time ever. I work for the ambulance; private and with SAMU (Emergancy response amublance) and they make the professionals wait over 50 minutes with clients bleeding, and worse. There was not a single staff member in sight or willing to help. I have been to almost all the Emergancy places all over the Paris Metropolitan area and THIS HOSPITAL IS BY FAR THE WORST ONE!!!!!!

My cardiologist recommended their service for a stress test. I telephoned more than 50 times and left numerous messages, but no one ever got back to me. I next tried Hopital Armand Brillard and was able to get a rdv immediately.

NOT an emergency room. If you don't have time to schedule an appointment the. You should take your emergency elsewhere

Good hospital.. Enfant sections is given very good and fast service. There's a canteen/dining area where can visitors wait also.
