Avoid at all costs if you can choose another company - GLS Montpellier I stayed home on purpose to wait for a package but they never came, never called and dropped my pacakge at a shop. I go to the shop that evening and the package is not there. GLS then changed the address to some random person’s address and the message said I would have to wait to be called by this person. 4 days pass, nothing to be heard. I contact the sender of the package to complain and the next days the message comes in to pick it up, 5 days after the supposed delivery. Conclusion, avoid this company. I always tell the companies that use GLS to see if they an use another sender…

Awesome. I was doubtful especially because of the cheap price. It took exactly 1 week to deliver from Ireland, 17 boxes of 30kgs each. Pickup was on time the day we expected. Delivery tracked, and super fast. I understand people usually post when they had a bad experience, hence the bad reviews, but this is often a luck game. You never know who will handle your packages so very gambling and poor experience can happen but it’s probably the same with every company, cheap or expensive.

Top quality service from the GLS driver today. I waited in all day for the delivery, but needed to go out for an hour at 15.15 p.m. I received a call from the driver to say he had arrived, just before 17.00. We asked him if he would wait for 5 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes later, but he had waited for us. The driver is friendly & always has a smile. Five star service & an excellent GLS employee.

I give 1 star cause giving 0 is not possible. Pick up of my package from point relais was not possible cause they don’t receive XL products nevertheless my box was way below 150 cm (L + W +H). I ended up going to the warehouse to retrieve my stuff. Avoid at all cost.

The package arrived late, was not handled well despite the label indicating it was fragile (the package was deformed inside), and was delivered to the wrong pickup point.

i put 1 star because you canot put less. They said they would deliver my package the 18 .we are the 21 and it isnt arrived yet. i called the company and they said that my adress was rong. i paid 10 euros of shippment and they arent capable of doing their job right. long story short: DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS SERVICE

This company is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a mattress and bed frame st manomano and they fid not send me a SMS or an email when they will deliver my items. They delivered my items to my apartment without notifying me so I wasn’t home at that time. They dumped my items to a Parcel Shop on Rue Leon Blum and they were very rude and refused to redeliver my items. I am 66 years old and can not pick up a mattress and bed frame. This caused me a lot of anxiety

i had delivery yesterday and the delivery man was very unpleasant and also very late for the delivery. You should train your delivery men to learn to repect the time they give to the people whom they are going to deliver the items because WE customers plan our time on that day too!
