Great store located in the east-central Paris, many choices in this store ( garden, decoration, lighting, tools, storage, kitchen ... ). We find all we want for house on this place. Great one.

Be careful if you go here to have something installed ! They do not guarantee the work done by a third party. We had a terrible experience for the installation of a hot water heater. The plumber they contracted was not up to any standard that I know of. The installation is one that I could have done, no plumbing involved. It looks like a campground. The electricity for the light no longer works. I wrote them to ask them for help or service and there was nothing that they were willing to do. I am considering asking my insurance to help to see if there is something I can do legally, but I am circumspect that this corporation with their in-house lawyers are much too big for me to fight. Very disappointed with their services ! If anyone has any advice as to how to hold them accountable for what they advertise as high quality installations, I would be grateful. (There was a response to my first review on Google maps by this establishment. So far it's pure malarkey. They have not gotten in touch. It's communication! I will take down this review and write a good one if there is progress made!)

Descent place for buying home appliances. This store is large enough, easily accessible and convenient for shopping.

To be avoided. Poor management lead by Jean Alain, the director (so to speak). He actually threatened me with police LOL when his team is incompetent. Clearly he has no idea what he talks about when he talks (typical) What happened? I ordered a huge amount of materials for a renovation work and it's human error as per Leroy Merlin. Error they made you asked? Between wrong colors of tiles to broken tiles to double orders (which I paid) to wrong amount of cement delivery and the list goes on. Ohh the amount of stress they put me through. They staff told that it's my fault for no verifying each tiles LOL no consequences for saying things like that when a customer spends his life saving. No problemo. Classic hiding behind a big corp scenario. Felt like a nightmare that last forever. Jean Alain has the audacity to threaten with with police. When I missed scan an article when they didn't comply with the delivery order and made me pay. By the way everything was paid for and he still threatened me with police . How did he get this position anyway? Who is the real thief?

Probably amongst the best furnished DIY shops of Paris. Spanning over two huge floors, one can find absolutely everything for home and garden. If an item is not available, it can be ordered online and fetched locally. The staff gives appropriate advices, which is a plus.

Great store, well organized. Workers proactively help when you are looking for something. Great experience. A lot of products and cheap prices.
