Ordered a taxi, 15 minutes later the driver called stating he had arrived but he was sent to a different address. He advised he will call the central so they send another taxi. 15 minutes later nothing !!! Called the central and the said they will send a taxi ! 15 minutes later an old taxi arrived with a broken windshield !!! Avoid, bad service old taxis, I almost missed my flight because of them. There are plenty other more reliable taxi at La Rochelle

Waited over 1.5hr for our booking. Was told the driver was just a bit late. After a while they just ignored our calls. Absolutely terrible service, would never recommend. Never use this company especially if you have any sort of time constraints.

Excellent service booked from Ile de Re. Turned up exactly on time. Very good professional driver and nice car.

Good but if you do not want to take the taxi anymore, you have to call and notice them. So that, you won't be charged for the displacement of the car.

TOTAL RIP OFF We went to versailles from Paris for 30 euros. Coming back using this company with a man names Steeve, it cost us 85 dollars and would not take card
