Well what can I say, we were holidaying in St Remy de Provence in our camper van when we had an engine problem with our camper, after being batted away by two other Fiat garages ( Avignon and cavaillon) the very nice lady at this garage was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our needs. A RDV for the afternoon and our camper was fixed whilst we waited(we actually went on a long walk ) but nevertheless 2hrs later we could continue with our holiday without the stress of a complete engine failure, many thanks to everyone Tony, Sue & Malo

They kindly refuse to treat my camper van because its old. It broke down just in neighbourhood , they didn't recommend anyone else, didn't even make basic diagnosis. Just by looking they know pomp isn't working, but they can't fix it because it's too old. After 2 months it turned out it was not even pomp broken but dirty tank. My friend just cleaned it in two hours and all is fine now.

Absolutely terrible service. We are English in a motorhome which broke down. They had our van 4 days before even looking at it and then another 2 days before giving us the wrong diagnosis and then deciding they couldn’t repair it. Cost €194 for nothing. We had to be recovered back to England and the fault isn’t the injector but an ECU. Hopefully never need their “expertise” again

Sadly unable to help due to age of vehicle, but tried very hard. Very grateful.

Wir hatten eine Panne mit dem Womo Malibu i490 und wurden vom Abschlepper hier abgesetzt. Uns wurde noch am selben Tag innerhalb von ca 4 Stunden inkl. Mittagspause geholfen. Wir konnten noch am selben Tag weiter. Als zusätzlicher Service hatten die Mitarbeiter sogar noch die große Frontscheibe gereinigt! Nochmals vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe!

Je suis passée chez Fiat Arles avec Enzo suite à une recommandation, et franchement je ne suis pas déçue. Je viens spécialement de Nîmes et tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. J’ai pu avoir rapidement la Fiat 500e que je voulais, avec un accompagnement professionnel et efficace. Service au top, très bon commercial, à l’écoute et réactif. Je recommande sans hésiter !
