My parcel was suppose to be delivered 1 week ago but is stuck there with no updates. No way to communicate with them
Driver claimed 2x I wasn’t home. I took those days off, highlighted my name on the mailbox and gave 2 different phone numbers to contact in case the delivery guy had a problem.
The Absolute worst delivery company out there. If I could have a zero star I would. They consistently failed to deliver all of my packages because the drivers seem not to like delivering parcels. That happened 4 TIMES in a row. The latest incident is that the driver decided that I should pick up my package from a random delivery point instead of delivering it to my home as I paid for home delivery and I spent the day waiting for their call or text. I got a text by 2 pm saying the driver dropped the package by a store in the middle of nowhere and it was up to me to go pick it up??? What? I called and lodged a complaint with the customer service, the first responder, pretended to take it into account but did nothing to my not great surprise. How did I discover that you ask? I called again the next day to see if they can reschedule a delivery as I had no updates after 24 hrs, only then did the customers service rep explained go me that I must go pick up my package from this random store because of security reasons and wrote down my complaint and apologized for the poor quality of their service. I also received an email restating my complaint and a formal apology. I usually avoid this company like the plague and whenever ordering online if I see they use their services, I don't order from them.
Delivery went smoothly. The vendor was proffesional.
THE WORST 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 PASS AWAY IF YOU CAN !!! My package, n. XU029647808JF, still in the same center of Jonage de Chronopost for is 10 days (shop2shop is a disaster!!). And NO ONE, Costumer service and one responsible for the International service, Could give me a satisfatory answear: like trying to minorize the time of delivering, contact the Jonage center and find the package (a brand new complete wooden cutting set with fruits and knife for kids) which has a tracking comment as "the BL is unreadable", just because it is a Vinted package. So, in Chronopost, any employé can just write this or similar in the tracking, go home with the package and ok, cause they know that by the Vinted contrat, the client will be reemboursed..That's Folks not work!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst delivering service ever. I have sent a parcel to France through Vinted and it has been held in their depot in Jonage for over A MONTH now. Vinted has now communicated to me that the parcel has been lost. I am baffled. There is no way of communicating with them.
To start with, I'm not a huge fan of french post because there's almost ALWAYS a problem. Chronopost isn't an exception. I was supposed to receive my parcel from the 28/09 to 30/09. There was a mistake and the deliverer didn't come on the last day. Today he was passed by my residence but he didn't call me, he didn't knock on the door. NOTHING. He just left a paper which says 'Echec de livraison suite à l'absence du destinataire'. I was home, I was there, I was WAITING. Am I supposed to wait the deliverer from '08:00-18:00' downstairs to get my parcel??? This kind of thin happens 9/10 times. And now I'm supposed to look for me parcel at the ordinary post office starting from TOMORROW. I was supposed to get the parcel YESTERDAY. I don't even need it tomorrow anymore. And this is so common in France that no one cares about people. And it's very, very frustrating. And the funniest thing is that there'v been always so many negative feedbacks, but there's no improvement. You just leave people frustraited and dissapointed.
This is the most terrible courier ever ! They block your package for no reason , mine is over there for almost 2 weeks now. The package is from the Uk and of course I have payed the tax after it. When I have called them the assistant who supposed to speak English understood nothing about I have said. My package is over there and I can’t do nothing even the person who gets payed for helping to you did nothing. Speaks no English they wanted me to speak French come one it’s the 21.st century and it’s an international courier 😂😂😂 joke…. Don’t ever use this the worst worst courier ever I hope I will get my package….I pay for a service and get nothing…oh sorry you get : Horrible customer service And huge delays for no reason
