ELM Leblance made an appointment for 21/1/26 to service my boiler . Under the annual maintenance contract. When they failed to show up I telephoned. They didn't apologise but just cited a "probleme technique" [yeah , right] They then set a visit for 23rd January and I specifically asked for a morning visit. They PROMISED to conatct me before that day with confirmation [ or otherwise ] of morning. THey did not contact. Today [22nd Jan ]when I called they denied EVER having agreed to a visit 23rd LET ALONE a morning visit. Funny...they can't listen to the recording of hte conversation. And they refused to give me the email of address of hteir complaints department......wonder why
