First and last time using their services - they heavily take advantage of emergency situations. We hired them for a barricade for which we were verbally told would cost around 800-1000$ - we provided the maximum (1k) expecting a reimbursement for the remainder when we would receive an official statement. We were shocked when we received an invoice (5 months later) which was TRIPLE that amount, quoting ridiculous fees and heavily inflated rates and hours.
Their response below is nonsense. They took advantage of old folks and the industry. This is one person’s experience, your defensive attacks are lame. - Massive crooks that take advantage of people. They came for a non emergency, didn’t provide an estimate to an elderly couple, and just left their machines running unnecessarily (they falsely assessed the situation and still charged over $4000 to leave machines running). When called to provide the invoice weeks later they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet. Absolute scam. They over charge to try and get insurance money. Shame on them for exploiting people.
Do not use this company at all cost. There practices are illegal and extremely abusive. We had a small leak in our basement in march 2025.We called them and a manager came to see the leak and quoted us $1000. He explained the minimum charge of 3Hrs for the manpower and i have no problem with this. They came did the work which lasted 17 minutes and then sent a bill for $1700. I called the same day i received the invoice. Guess what the manager did not want to talk to me ,not even for one second and referred me to accounts payable. So i called AP they did not want to talk to me either. When i insisted to talk to a supervisor, I was told they would call me back. But not to expect a call soon since they have so many complaint of this type ,it could take months .So i sent i written letter by mail 2 months ago. Still no reply but guess what they sent me another invoice for the interest.so if you want to deal with this kind of BS us them otherwise try some else.

I had a small enclosed space properly cleaned two weeks ago. Qualinet responded promptly to my call, Danika provided good explanations with the estimate and Adriana did a professional cleaning job, paying attention to details. and giving good advice. I recommend this company, great service.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible communication. Worst service I have ever had. They take advantage of situation. Technician writes whatever he wants on his report and there is no way you can contest. Left an air purifier for ten days when the tech was supposed to come after two days. Called me to say that he was too busy to pick it up. On his report writes that it was needed for that time. Then charges for 7 days. They do pretty much what they want and charge for services not rendered. Would definitely not recommend. When you receive the invoice it’s your word against whatever the tech wrote in his report.
My home ( An 3/1 appartement) had a fire then I have their service on July 18th. They said the price is unknown yet due to the workload. They ask me for 2500 dollars deposit in my credit card, which I did. After two months, I still don’t have my receipt, or the exact amount of the cost of the service. The cleaning is good. But the administration is terrible.
This is an email my wife sent to QUALINET after we received their invoice. I wish i could give a 0* rating but that's Google. Hoping this rating will prepare the next customer. Seems like this company either gets a 5* or a 1* rating. Quite honestly, we are a little surprised to see the amount to be paid. Here are some comments/suggestions: Apart from a fee schedule, no quote/estimate was made to us so that we could have an idea of the amount to be paid for the entire project. We were promised a 24-hour follow-up, but the Project Manager did not contact us until the following Tuesday (July 16). The two technicians arrived poorly equipped: they asked us to borrow one of our brooms from them because they didn't have one. They left after an hour/hour and a half - maximum. The dehumidifiers were not working: both poured directly from the machine and not into the bins provided. They were replaced the same day. I believe that the rental price has been adjusted for this inconvenience. Thank you for that. Each visit by your technicians generates an additional cost of $85 for the service truck. What for? It costs us an additional $340 for a fee that should be included in your service. We find that paying for the minimum time of technicians/project managers, as well as administration costs and profit - is more than enough.
