We had a pleasure to stay in a beautiful Lodji hotel during our winter holidays. Everything of the hotel was exceptional. Our room was comfortable with a beautiful view on mountains exposition. Spa area was very cozy and also quiet with a nice pool, dry sauna and hamman, two outdoor jacuzzis were the perfect place to relax after the all day of activities. We highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel which offered fantastic breakfast and dinner. Food was fresh, delicious and incredibly varied. The hotel team was very kind and always very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is incredible friendly. We were feeling very relaxed and fantastic during all our stay.

Stayed in one of their chalets with three young children. Okay location but some way off the main hotel. ||||Electrics in the chalet were very dodgy. Electric shock from the kitchen, fuses tripped several times. Multiple times lost power to the whole chalet which could only be fixed from outside and by hotel staff. ||||Washing machine leaked, pouring water into the downstairs area and through floorboards. Clearly a dangerous fire risk with water leaks and poorly installed circuitry. ||||What took this from bad to actually dangerous was the complete lack of fire safety equipment in the chalet. No fire/smoke alarms at all. No extinguishers. No fire blankets. Spoke to the owners about this and he didn’t care, said he had done everything the law said he had to. So we decided to leave and book another hotel in Les Menuires. Will be reporting this to the local authorities because with a wood chalet and a stove, plus badly installed circuits there is a clear risk to guests. We are worried about a future accident.||||Owner was rude and aggressive, particularly to the women in our party.||||Food in the restaurant was quite good in general, but not one of the best in St Martin.||||Go elsewhere, I beg you.

Stayed at Lodji for a short 4-day ski trip and honestly it was exactly what we needed. The place has a really comfortable, relaxed vibe & you feel at home straight away but still get that proper mountain escape feeling. The rooms were super cozy, and after a day skiing it was just perfect to come back and unwind. The view is something else, waking up to that every morning definitely adds to the experience. Service was spot on the whole time. Nothing over the top, just genuinely attentive and friendly, which makes a big difference. You can tell there’s real care behind how the place is run. It’s the kind of place you go to once and already know you’ll come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mix of comfort, great atmosphere, and a proper ski getaway.

Our stay had both very positive aspects and one major issue. The fire alarm went off at 2:30 a.m. due to staff members heating waffles in a microwave, forcing all guests to evacuate in the middle of the night. As this was caused by a member of staff, the lack of any apology or acknowledgment was very disappointing. More importantly, incidents like this directly impact the safety of guests, which makes this completely unacceptable to me. When I raised this with reception, the seriousness of the situation did not seem to be fully understood. On a more positive note, the rooms are lovely. While not particularly spacious, they offer more than enough comfort for a pleasant ski holiday. The food is excellent, from breakfast through to dinner, and the wide selection of Belgian beers is a nice touch. However, the service clearly lacks structure and leadership; the presence of a strong maître d’hôtel would make a significant difference in guiding the team toward a more professional and consistent standard. All other facilities, including the ski room, pool, and sauna, were excellent.

This was our first visit to The Lodji Hotel and we loved it! Staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly, polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was all delicious from an extensive selection. Beautifully presented and very fresh. Comfortable and cosy rooms with enough space. We will return!

A beautiful surprise that delights everyone! Nestled in a charming little village at the gateway to a vast ski area, this vibrant hotel is truly a piece of art. From the lively après-ski to the exquisite dinner, cozy overnight stay, and inviting breakfast, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted and delightful. The use of natural wood creates a calm, healthy atmosphere, and even vegans and vegetarians are wonderfully catered for with a satisfying breakfast before heading to the slopes. A real treat and a true work of art — thank you! 🙏

We stayed in the chalet in the nearby hamlet of St Marcel. The chalet was unsafe, with dodgy electrics, a serious water leak through the floorboards, and no smoke/fire alarms, nor fire blankets, and no extinguishers. I am posting this review reluctantly, because the owner of the hotel has a history of responding to online reviews with abuse. (EDIT: he's now responded with a bizarre rant, which doesn't address the core issue of fire safety). Our experience is documented with photographs and videos. We were travelling with three young children, and I would like future customers to know the risks. Hopefully, too, this review will encourage the owners to install basic fire safety equipment. We arrived late on Saturday, and were a bit disappointed with the chalet, which was poorly finished. One of the toilet doors didn’t work, there was no microwave, and some of the Ikea furniture was already falling apart. One of the showers had no sealant and leaked across the floor. We contacted reception and happily they sorted most issues out. At this point we didn’t notice the glaring safety problem as we had, naively, simply assumed that no hotelier would run a wooden chalet, with a log fire, with no fire alarms or safety equipment. Nonetheless, we were having a generally good time even though we had a few electrical problems, including one shock from the kitchen. On one occasion, the electric door system failed because a circuit tripped, but luckily one of us was inside so we were able to get in. On Tuesday evening the power to the whole chalet failed. A member of staff was sent to put it back on. After some persuasion, reception organised for some chicken nuggets and chips to be sent for the children, which we appreciated. We received an email from the manager noting the continuing power outages, ‘which we fully acknowledge are not in line with our usual standards’. After consulting with the owner, the manager offered us 250 euros refund. On Thursday, the washing machine t

Everything was better than expected. This is our second stay, and the quality is even better than last year. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is great, and the restaurant offers a wide menu with very good food. The location is perfect, only 50 meters from the lift. I would highly recommend this hotel.
