We accidentally overlooked the hotel’s 10 kg dog limit when making a last-minute booking less than 24 hours before arrival. The hotel refused to allow our dog to stay. The only options they gave us was to leave the dog on the balcony or in our car, with no access to the room. In over 30°C heat, this was unacceptable and dangerous to the well-being of the dog. Aside from the treatment of the animal, what disappointed us most was the complete lack of any solution-focused approach. There was no flexibility, no goodwill, and no refund despite the very short notice booking. Since we were not allowed to check-in, we had to leave but the hotel kept the full amount paid for our 2 nights. The next days after we complained at Booking.com they claimed that they made an exceptions for us. But If there would have been an exception for us, why should we have left? The hotel kept the money, provided no accommodation, and made no effort to resolve the situation. We paid 100%, but got 0% of service. We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and taken advantage of. P.S. Our dog weighs 20 kg. The hotel later claimed 32 kg, which is simply untrue. Pic attached

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Anna at reception received us on frost night. She was patient and dealt with our complex booking with patience and kindness. We booked 6 for rooms various days to accommodate 3 families. All worked out very well. Thanks for helpful staff! Had lovely drinks in their cafe and kids enjoyed the pool. Rooms were very clean with good Aircon.

Super nice hotel. Clean and quiet, good breakfast, close to the airport, and nice outdoor grounds. I was there in early July of 2024, and the staff were particularly helpful with a situation that had arisen. I was visiting Corsica to do a well-known trek on the island, but the airline had left my bag of trekking gear behind. To save the trip, I needed to buy some gear. I spoke to the person at the front desk about the situation, and she arranged for a driver (Uber, or its French equivalent) to drive me to a gear store, give me about an hour there, and then return me to the hotel. It all worked out smoothly, and I was able to proceed with the trek as planned. I'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a pre-flight stopover, located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the airport. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, and our room was clean and had excellent air conditioning.

Great hotel with very good facilities. Staff were very kind. Rooms were modern and very clean! Very spacious bathroom with great shower. I just missed a table in my room, handy to work on with a laptop.|Location is good to visit Bastia and surroundings. 4 minute drive from airport!

This hotel says dogs are allowed, after you make the reservation they send you and extra information saying they have to be less than 10 kg. if you dont see the message and you arrive there you have a problem. 0 trust and 0 professionalism

Good room. Breakfast very poor. The water of the swimming pool was not in the right condition. 4 minutos from the airport. Perfect for a last day hotel before your return flight.

Good hotel, with an excellent restaurant and great breakfast. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff! Great option for either arriving or leaving from Bastia Airport. The pool and the gardens are really relaxing. There is also a spa in the premises.
