We used to love going to Giovanni once a week or at least have a take away. However, this night we decided to never go back again. We will explain the reason. First: WE TRIED to place an order over the phone 4or 5 times, but everytime we were lucky enough to be connected to the EXTREMELY HELPFULL members of staff, unfortunately everytime they disconnected the line. So, after calling a few more times, our needs were not satisfied and we decided to visit the place personally. Upon arrival , we were greeted in a very disagreable manner. We are not native french speaker but we can understand enough to get by and communicate. But what we were told from who was apparently the manager, who treated us very badly that there was too much noise that she couldnt listened it what we were talking.Honestly, in my opnion she behaved like she doesnt care about the business. Poor owner to employ this type of manager
