I had been booked a room for two person from booking.com app and I paid through online but later due to some reason, I have to cancelled this booking and when I asked for my refund, they never returned my payment. And even when I talked to receptionist, she said I did a mistake and that I didn’t get my refund. Why is that????

I stayed here for 2 nights this week. I booked this hotel as I had a long 23 hour flight and just wanted a clean basic room to rest and sleep before heading into Paris. It is about a 15 minute car ride, between CDG Airport and Paris,|Reception staff speak English quite well so all went Ok as my French is not great. I had to wait for the cleaning staff to finish with my room but that was fine.||You get what you pay for! I had a double room with private bathroom. The hotel has breakfast for an extra €6.60 but I preferred the short walk to Le Chene cafe, great place, friendly staff and coffee was only €3.80. There is a Monoprix just across the road for groceries, fruit, pastries, wine etc.|There are lots of other places for quick meals. About the area... I felt safe as I wondered around during the day, exploring the little town. As a women alone I wouldn't go out by myself after dark but it didn't get dark until 8.30pm. Ladies..There are a few shoe and a lingerie outlets around the corner, if you have some spare time! Cheap hotel for a stop over only

For a 2star hotel it was great. Cheap and cheerful. Bed was super comfy, breakfast was average with scrambled eggs and bacon as the hot food option. Shower was pretty decent too. The only issue I had was a nasty stain in the sink which was from previous damage caused to it. Apart from that pretty decent

The hotel is ok. The bed is very comfortable, clean bathroom, small room but enough for a one night stay. |HOWEVER, paying 6€ for basic coffee, hard croissants, and machine orange juice... Come on guys! This basic breakfast​ should be given for free, if I pay extra money, I expect quality products.|There is underground parking, which is very convenient, it must be paid and booked in advance. |The hotel is located in a not so nice area, and there is absolutely nothing to do. If you are planning to stay one night, more than enough, but Paris is not even close from here.|The service in the morning was rude, and I'm hearing them have a discussion right here at the breakfast area. |Will not repeat again, for sure.

The rooms are not really clean. And the bathroom?? You are scared to get something there, they are old and not clean. I don't recomand this hotel for anybody else and take care if you have kids. The pillows and the whole bad smells like a bad cigarette. The breakfast?? You don't have options, I think everybody have better breakfast at home. The price? Omg too much for what they can offer. I will never go back there. Very disappointed 👎

I stayed here with my girlfriend last summer for a week and whilst the price was pretty incredible, the same cannot be said about the service. The rooms were relatively spacious and clean, with an OK-sized bathroom. No one in this area speak English so if you can't speak a few words of French I suggest getting a phrase book before arriving. There's a few restaurants and takeaways nearby, and a Monoprix for all your everyday needs. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay and are willing to travel 30 minutes to an hour to get to the centre of Paris, and don't really mind rude staff, this is the place to stay.

Bad experience. The worst breakfast I've ever had: Very poor offer (no cheese, no eggs, only sweet menu); during second breakfast we couldn't use ceramic and glass cups and forced to use plastic ones (for hot drinks too), because "there are too many guests and nobody to wash dishes". Some rooms stinking, with mold on walls. Wi-fi working, free. Staff friendly and kind, but doesn't understand what services really means.

The hotel is very economical and the location is fifteen minutes from CDG airport by car. The rooms were no-frills, but very clean. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One desk clerk actually walked outside to help us with directions. The rooms were sound proof, but you could hear noise in the halls. If you need to park your car, make a reservation. In the evening, we walked about a half a mile to a delicious dinner at L'Atelier. We did not feel unsafe in this neighborhood.
