TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I had arrived for a gel paint and nail repair. First the girl who did my nails was late who was the daughter of a woman named Delphine. She proceeded to order her lunch without asking me what I want done to my nails. She then removed my resin overlay I had done at the same salon 3 days earlier for 50 euros. I politely asked her not to remove it she then argued with me about how I was in the wrong, at this point her mother Delphine jumped in and tried to fix her daughters mistake, she told her to go have lunch right outside the shop while they exchanged snarky looks at me between each other. Delphine proceeded to cut me to the point where I was bleeding and when I asked her why she did that she smiled and claimed she was sorry. After she painted my nails TERRIBLY TERRIBLY!! These are the most unprofessional people I have ever met I am so utterly disgusted and saddened because as I said I did my nails there 3 days earlier and the owner Olivia was very pleasant and she did a good job on my nails. Unfortunately from such a disgusting experience I would say if you’re new to the city and don’t want to take the chance rather go somewhere else where you will be treated with dignity and professionalism.

Extremely happy with the results and service. I never leave feeling anything but satisfied. 5*

Étant en vacances à biot et venant de Dunkerque j’ai réservé un créneau sur planity. j’ ai été très bien accueillit pendant 1h30 par Delphine qui a fait un travail de qualité sur mes mains et mes pieds. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Olivia est exceptionnelle, charmante, souriante et très professionnelle. Toujours prête à rendre service. Elle fait des ongles magnifiques avec beaucoup de créativité . Je vous conseille vivement ce petit institut 💕
