We had a wonderful visit to Plantation Beauvallon, and it is well worth a stop! The gardens are absolutely beautiful, lush, and incredibly peaceful to walk through. ​Even though no English was spoken by the hosts, it didn't matter at all—everyone was so warm and welcoming that we still managed to understand each other perfectly through smiles and gestures. It felt like a truly authentic local experience. We couldn't resist buying some of their fresh cinnamon and cocoa beans to take home with us. ​Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the genuine charm, beauty, and flavors of the island!

Visited on a Thursday afternoon and it was absolutely lovely! We were greeted by a gentleman that took the time to talk to us about the plants and flowers on the plantation, then we went through the rest of the property solo. We were the only ones there and we were able to meander through the lush plantation at our own pace. At the end of our walk we were able to buy cacao beans from the plantation, nice touch! If you’re looking for a quieter experience than Jardin de Balata and a reprieve from the sun, definitely recommend. Don’t forget your bug spray!
