Newish, modern, stylish property on the bay. Nice lounge and pool with a bay view. Very large “studio” room with full kitchen (oddly, on the balcony). Kitchen well equipped with appliances and basics. Wifi was excellent. Water was warm, not hot. Not very comfortable, though—no seating area in room, all hard seating in the lounge. Rooms on the back side have an industrial view. Staff was very uncaring.

Jonhon was fantastic very friendly and helpful . Only disadvantage is was close to a shipping yard which tend to be somewhat noisy and no where to swim in ocean. Small beach by barge but not what expected. Hotel was great however. Other disadvantage is hotel does not have food, u need to go across street and up a hill to eat at only one of 2 restaurants in area which are pricy.

I began my stay with optimism, but as the week progressed, my enthusiasm waned into disappointment. The coffee maker in the lobby malfunctioned halfway through our stay and remained unrepaired until our departure. The jacuzzi was also broken, but the front desk nonchalantly dismissed it as a normal occurrence. They had a laundry room equipped with three washers, but only one dryer was operational. While most of the front desk staff exhibited a certain air of superiority, there were exceptions. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked a bar or restaurant on-site, so guests had to venture next door to the actual hotel, where Zest the restaurant is situated.

if you have a car this hotel is super perfect. Rooms great and still feel new / Staff super great - delightful and happy to help / the kitchen on the balcony is a great idea and everything new / pool perfect over looking the sea. If no car and you want peace and quiet to chill or work then the only restriction is only 3 restaurants within walking distance. Five stars for sure!!

Solid 4 stars! Rooms are spacious and bright with views of the pool and marina. I arrived a little early and my room was ready and they allowed me to check in. Ladies at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming and knew English!! They explained the rules of the apt/hotel. B’fast and dinner options. I would def stay again. Location is a bit remote you need a car. There is an all you can eat breakfast buffet at a near by hotel. Def worth the 17€! Walking distance to a few other restaurants..but restaurants are limited. There is a restaurant in the lobby but as a lot of Martinique restaurants it’s closed on Sunday… I would stay again…I wish there was a water taxi from the marina to city center…my only issue. You do have to remove trash from room which I think is typical for apt/hotels. But it would be nice if the bin was closer

This place is ok. In terms of value for money (in Euros) - not impressive at all. The Service at the front desk is exceptional. However, room cleaning services only happens on the 3rd night of your stay, you have to take out your own trash. The rooms are modern so that's a plus... Location - you cannot walk to anywhere really (except other nearby hotels). Rent a car if you decide to stay at Poseidon.

We found the room and balcony spacious. However the ‘sea views” were really overlooking a busy port and construction. Additionally, it was a long way from other restaurants or other facilities. There was a small restaurant/bar in the ground floor however it was not always open. For example we were there on a Sunday and it was closed. Interestingly, we had to make sure all of our dishes were washed before we left. Staff were helpful, even though at times there was a language barrier. For us the hotel served its purpose as a stopover before our cruise left. On the return journey we had to wait many hours for our flight that night so the cruise company arranged for us to wait back at the hotel. We were appreciative that they did let us use their laundry however, the restaurant was not open. In hindsight – due to the distance from restaurants etc we would have considered somewhere else.

Excellent in every way -- rooms / staff / pool / views / if you have a car -- if not still excellent but local restaurants limited to 3 but all good. I went to think and write in peace and it was a perfect choice. Maybe not a party place - best in town for that.
