Exceptional In-Person Service Saved a Stressful Day: After a long day involving a missed train in Avignon and a last-minute reroute to Lyon, I was incredibly stressed about changing my drop-off location. I arrived at the Lyon station at 7:45 PM with only 15 minutes to catch my next train. The on-site team was fantastic. The attendant greeted me immediately, confirmed that dropping the car in Lyon instead of Avignon was "no problem," and handled the paperwork in under five minutes. It was the easiest part of my day. The downside: Their phone support is non-existent. I sat on hold for two hours with a recording claiming a 10-minute wait time. If you need help, don't bother calling; just show up. The local staff are great, but the corporate phone system is broken. I am giving 5 for the attendant. I would give 1 for the phone operator.

Easy return process. Please note that this address is near the entrance of the parking lot to return the car and not the actual address of the office nor the actual hours of the rental office. I got stressed thinking I was arriving right as the office was closing but in actuality the office was opened until 21:00 on weekdays

Hard to find entrance

Expérience déplorable. Agent à l’accueil totalement désinvolte, plus occupé sur son téléphone à rigoler avec son collègue qu’à s’occuper des clients. Aucune considération, aucun professionnalisme. Réservation effectuée en direct via une plateforme professionnelle, permis déjà enregistré dans le système, comme cela a été accepté à de multiples reprises auparavant. Malgré cela, refus catégorique de la location sous prétexte de ne pas avoir le permis physique, sans la moindre volonté de trouver une solution. Une vraie honte. Si vous souhaitez préserver l’image de votre établissement, commencez par changer d’agent à l’accueil. La note reflète strictement la réalité.

Depuis peu, cette agence est composée de gens malhonnêtes. Peu présents au niveau du retour, ils en profitent pour facturer des domages inexistants (cela n’engage que ma parole mais je ne me plaindrais pas si ces n’était pas le cas). Sans parler du manque de sympathie de l’agence d’accueil. En bref, allez chez Europcar…
