We are from the Netherlands and recently bought swedish design chairs at Meubles et Objets. When we placed our order online we got a e-mail from Jean-Marc that the chairs were not on stock. He gave us the option to wait for production or a full refund. We think that’s great service. And chose to wait. After a while we recieved the chairs but there were some issues with the delivery (not the fault of Meubles). Jean-Marc fixed them with his full abilty. So, we are verry happy with our chairs and the help of Jean-Marc. Great service! We definetly recommand this company!!

Fantastic site to buy gorgeous high end designer furniture. Because of COVID my delivery was delayed by 4 weeks but the customer service responded to all my queries and were very attentive. On this site you can find gorgeous designer items and this manufacturer is in direct contact with the designers. Staff are very honest and helpful. I will shop on this site again and recommend it to everyone. I am extremely picky with the sites I choose to shop online and rarely leave a comment but I was extremely impressed by this site and their Professionalism so I'd like to sincerely thank them for their fantastic customer service :)

100% satisfaite de ce magasin / site de meubles. En plus de proposer des produits design de qualité, j'ai beaucoup apprécié le service commercial qui a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. Le délai de livraison a été tout à fait conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Le montage du meuble a été également parfait. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander de nouveau chez eux.
