Great burgers and fries. The staff were friendly and we got seated right away. The food was made to order and came quick, yet it was still very fresh and warm. Very pleased with this place. That is, until 1 in the morning rolled around and guess who was liking all over the place. The burger was undercooked, you can’t cook ground beef to the ‘medium’ doneness, pretty big health concern

Very good burger/fries place in Nimes. Counter service, had to wait a bit because some rude people pushed in front and the staff did not address their behaviour. 2 good gourmet burgers and fries, with some local beers. Restaurant is clean and modern, with some character. Overall a good place to eat. Could do with some better organisation and more attention to queue-jumpers, but the food is solid and it is a comfortable place to eat. It does feel like fast food, and they could make it so much better if they simply had waiter service, which would justify the prices charged.

My first time at Big Fernand burger restaurant. Burger was good,I liked it. Restaurant was clean. French fries were not good and not in a good shape, all were 2cm/1cm. Beer pression was not ok. And last point, even we told them very well cooked, there were still red left.

The restaurant is modern and well decorated. We found the meat was very hard and dry to eat. It was a bit disappointing. They know how to season the food, as it was very tasty but the cooking was not great. Also the toilets need to be cleaner. The flor was very sticky… I know the standards of hygiene in France are a bit lower than other places but still, they can put a bit of effort in cleaning. For us this is really important. I didn’t eat confortable.

Wonderful burgers and cozy interior. I ordered a Big Ferdnand burger with fries with French herbs and dessert, my wife choose the vegetarian burger (portobello) with a sallad. This was the best burger I've had in a long time! The fries with the herbs was really good too! When we were served my wife got a chicken burger instead but the waiter quickly replaced the order with the correct burger with an apology. I think we were there a bit early (around 17:00) because the place was empty besides us.

Great place to eat a burger if you’re a foreigner in nimes.

Pleasant restaurant with delicious burgers at reasonable prices. Served extremely quickly.

Our burgers were ver delicious and tasty! The service was awesome, caring for our needs right before we were sitting down. Highly recommended
