Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and staffs of the hospital. People are really nice and patient with a patient who wasn't able to describe her problem properly because of language barrier. The waiting time was few hours that time for emmergency service but that's fine for us.

My dad had emergency and was delivered to this hospital two weeks ago. I would like to express my gratitude to all staff of the hospital who did effort to communicate English over the phone and helped me to stay updated in regards to his status, as he was alone in France and family had no access to contact him first. Big thank you to emergency and visceral and digestive surgery departments, who successfully performed the operation and took a good care of him through rehabilitation process. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du service de chirurgie ambulatoire de l’Hôpital de la Cavale Blanche. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été très bien accueillie et rapidement rassurée. Infirmier·ères, aides-soignant·es, médecins et l’ensemble du personnel ont été d’une grande gentillesse, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Merci pour votre écoute, votre sourire et la qualité de votre prise en charge du début à la fin. Dans un moment parfois stressant, votre attitude fait toute la différence. Bon courage à toutes et tous pour la suite, et encore merci pour votre travail !

Cela fait 3h30 que j'attends un résultat de scanner. Cela fait cinq fois que je répète pourquoi je suis venu, tout va bien, je vais bien, grrrrrr Maintenant 4h30 heures et toujours pas de résultats, rien a part des aides soignantes qui jouent avec des boulettes de papier et vous fait comprendre que vous n'êtes pas patient et que ca les énervent Arrivé a 13h30 sortie 23h10 pour "on ne sait pas pourquoi vous avez ces symptômes, mais on a trouvé autre chose (ca c'est bien), veuillez retourner voir votre médecin généraliste"???!!!🤪. Bon j’ai une ordonnance pour un irm a faire si cela persiste. Que c’est long mais que c'est long.
