This was the finest experience we enjoyed in France. The food was exceptional, the wine… even better. The staff was so nice, especially Freddy, she is incredible, she was the kindest and most sincere person. I cannot wait to come back. The moment we sat down for lunch we did not ant to leave, so we stayed! This winery, vineyard and hotel is a special place that I hope to return to very soon.

What a gem. The location is beautiful, off the main roads, in the middle of the vineyards. Everything feels qualitative, from the details in the room to the outside spaces, to the restaurant. We felt very comfy and cosy at the fireplace in the lobby, where we were served an excellent rose upon arrival. The rooms are large, wonderful huge beds and a great bathroom. The feel is elegant and comfy. Not too many rooms, so very personal as well. All the staff were super friendly. The a la carte breakfast is one of the best we ever had. Fresh and local products. The croissants are big & delicious. Don't miss them! We had dinner in the restaurant which was outstanding. Do go for the complementary wine tour and tasting whilst you are there! Highly recommended stay, nicely & quietly located in a very interesting area.

À beautiful setting with a fabulous restaurant. We enjoyed the prix fixe lunch at €43 which was excellent value for money. We would highly recommend having a wine tasting followed by lunch in either the very elegant restaurant or outside under the plane trees on the terrace.

Stayed here for 1 night. Pulled into the lot at 3:00pm and it was mid 90's and hot as hades.||Checked in and they asked us if we wanted to eat dinner and breakfast. We decided to as the hotel is not close to anything that I could tell. They also mentioned that had a pool which seemed perfect given the heat.||Room was very large and the AC unit had no chance to cool this room adequately given the heat. But OK, if not trying to sleep. So I drive to the nearest town to buy swim trunks and come back to the hotel and go to the pool and am shocked to see that the water is green and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks?||Pro's:|1) Dinner and breakfast was pretty good. |2) Room was well decorated and huge.|3) Setting of the hotel is beautiful.||Con's:|1) Pool was unuseable IMO|2) AC not adequate to cool the room for sleeping in the hottest weeks of the year. AC did not blow on the bed but off to the side which did not help.|3) Hotel was pretty expensive, so was surprised at the pool situation.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. First, the bed was dirty. The sheets, pillows, and mattress had stains, and there were multiple hairs on the mattress cover. We asked the staff to clean the bedroom and while they were cleaning, we decided to wait by the pool. There was an unprotected hole next to the pool, which was covered by a thin cover. As I walked on it, the cover broke, and I fell into it. My shoes and clothes got all dirty. We complained to the manager and he was so rude. Not only did he not apologize, but he also didn't refund us for the room. We ended up leaving the hotel on the same day and only got our money back. We didn't receive any sort of compensation for the poor experience we had. Poor customer service and awful condition at the hotel. Response to the owner: Your response is totally in line with my comment about poor customer service. I just want to add two comments so that your future customers can have a better understanding of health and safety conditions and customer service at your hotel. The unprotected hole was located right next to the pool, not at an unlikely spot on the other end of the pool (photo is attached), and there was no singanage about a possible hazard. You tried to wash my shoes and you mentioned that you did your best and shoes didn't get cleaned. Apparently, you didn't try washing it appropriately as my next hotel was able to completely clean the shoe. Reimbursement for my brand new shoes is not costumer service. The customer service is following regulations so that an incident like this doesn't happen in the first place. I don't need to add more, as your management and your comments are reflective of the quality of service you offer.

Owner is terrible and very rude. Our room was dirty and they told us to wait outside by the pool to get the room cleaned. There was a hole full of dirty water by the pool with no attention sign or anything to cover it properly, and my partner fell into it. The owner did not care and just wanted to explain that it's never happened before but he didn't even care to come see us. Just a phone call. It's a shame because the location is actually very good. But the service is terrible and the room is also dirty.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in a ground floor double room. The room it self was lovely and being on the ground floor meant we had a great little terrace to sit out on. We struggled a little when we arrived as the lady on reception didn't speak a word of English. Not many of the staff speak very good English but there are English dinner menus and in general the staff are friendly. ||Our first night was one of their music nights where you get a set menu, the music was fantastic, the food was good and the wine was great. The wine they serve is all made on the vineyard and is very good, in particular the rose. ||The grounds of the hotel itself are so peaceful and it was never busy around the pool. It's worth having a walk around the vineyard, either guided or self guided with a map from the shop, then obviously finishing off by tasting the wines.||We hired a car which was great as the vineyard isn't in walking distance of anything else, it's just off a main road. We also got a taxi into Frejus one night which cost around €12.||All in all, we would definitely go back maybe after learning a bit more French.

When in the area we always visit this upscale restaurant in a marvelous vineyard! (We have a house in Sainte Maxime; therefore we only know the restaurant and the winery.)
