We were in room number 1. We were able to check in earlier, service was pretty good and efficient but that was all. The room was very small, not cozy, floor was almost falling apart and the shower made the floor even more wet. Dirty spots on the walls were also not very comforting. The worst of all was the noise, we heard every single noise on the street, we were woken at 6 am by the workers i presume that were making a lot of noise. It kept on sounding like someone was entering our room considering the sound was right outside our door. The toilet and sink were making weird sounds and the ceiling creaking. We also had to leave our keys at the reception every time we left, which wasn't always comforting. The price was pretty high, but considering the state of the room it wasn't worth it. The location is a 10/10 though, the metro is also right next to the hotel.

Was very clean, soap shampoo provided. Got lift too .

This is my second visit here, a big improvement, the room we stayed in looked like it was renovated, the lady at the desk was friendly and accommodating, we were only there for one night as we just came for a overnight trip from London on the highspeed train. The building is an older building, but inside the rooms are very clean and modern. The front desk let us check in early which was nice. I would stay here again. The first time was not so good, second time was much better with the newly decorated rooms.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! When we arrived the staff tried to make us with parking demanding cash only(€15 per day) and if we didn’t pay we could be fined when in fact it’s actually free. Then after that they had upgraded our room to another one which was bigger which we appreciated massively but on day 2 they had moved all our personal belongings into another room dumping our clothes on the bed causing them to crease up, they put all our toiletries in my girlfriends bag where we had all electrical cables in and her straighteners and this was all done while we was out of the hotel and not even informed about it. The staff routed through my bag to keep hold of a keychain with me and my girlfriend’s picture on to see who we was which is very creepy and absolutely outrageous. The staff made out their English wasn’t great but understood everything we was saying which is very rude. Our new room bathroom had a shower head that wouldn’t sit in its stand which we had to improvise to make it stay! I would highly recommend staying completely away from this hotel. If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would as it doesn’t even deserve one. After speaking with the travel company about our problems they must of spoke to the hotel which the hotel told the travel company that we lied about this and that it never happened even though we had all the photos to prove this. Absolutely shocking.

I would like to give a special thanks to the attendant Moncef. I had an issue with the Trip.com app where I paid the deposit and it got canceled. I called the hotel, and Moncef was very helpful and kept my reservation active. He made a huge difference at the hotel. Moncef, thank you so much. You are an excellent employee. A perfect 10!!!

Yes it's a budget hotel, but like many people have said, the location can't be beat. My room was small but clean. The bed was comfy enough. There was a balcony to look out on the street. The staff was friendly always. We didn't take the breakfast because we wanted to visit the cafes. The shower was very small, so if you are not tiny like me that might be an issue. I took the stairs rather than the lift so I'm in better shape after my vacay 😄. I would definitely stay here again.

A good hotel at an excellent location. Room was pretty small but clean and nice if a bit warm and without even a fan. Noice also got easily through the window from the street and through the walls and door from other rooms. Getting warm water in the shower seemed to depend on the time of day. Hard to say much about the service, since I practically only saw them when leaving or retrieving my keys. Everyone was polite. Towels were changed every day and room was cleaned as well. So good service in my book. 👍🏻 Set your expectations accordingly and you will have a really good time. 🇫🇷

The rooms are just alright, nothing to complain about because they are pretty clean. The beds are a little uncomfortable so if your planning a long stay in Paris then maybe look somewhere else. Didn’t try the breakfast. They make your beds and bring clean towels for you every time you leave which is lovely! The location is right next to the Arc De Triumph which is amazing to walk round the corner and see it. Safe doesn’t work but big wardrobe space. Nice hot water shower. Overall pretty decent.
