SCICV VILLA VICTORIA

First of all a friendly staff where they been very useful even we did not speak French 100 % well. The breakfast was with a variety of the options, maybe missing some things but was appropriate. The one of the room the blackout curtain was not designed as such keeping you awake... The location its amazing 15 min to the centre and 15 min to the train station.

Beautiful hotel with very courteous and helpful staff. Our room had a small balcony and it was lovely overlooking the garden. It was a large room, very quiet and relaxing. Location is great and we walked everywhere. We would stay here again, highly recommend!

A great hotel that is within a short walking distance to the main promenade and train station, if exploring Monaco and Cannes along the coast. It’s also a short 10 minute walk from tram stop if travelling direct from the airport. We had a city view room, where we had no noise issues from the street with the windows closed and all very spacious. ||Staff were all very friendly and polite and room was cleaned and replenished every day. Would recommend for couples and if it’s your first time in Nice.

Well appointed rooms, city side standard. comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom. Very well situated close to beach and amenities. Decent selection at breakfast and a wonderful garden to sit and eat in. Most of all though the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful.

My fiancé and I got married in the South of France and booked our room block with Hotel Villa Victoria. The location was perfect, close enough to the beach and lively but not too busy and near a bunch of great restaurants and cafes. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The hotel was full of charm and had a lovely boutique feel. It was the perfect location for our friends and family to experience Nice. We will definitely be saying here again!

We sighed a huge sigh of relief when we arrived at Hotel Victoria. We had tried the dreadful Boutique Hotel Nice Cote d’azur & was so disappointed we vacated the hotel. Desperate for an alternative, my son researched and found this lovely hotel and we were welcomed warmly by two staff Alexandre & Akim who assisted us with parking, check-in & welcome drinks. The room was so comfy, roomy, spotlessly clean & bathroom well appointed. Alas the courtyard was closed due to poor weather but would be fabulous to take drinks & breakfast there. The hotel is in a quiet street & very central. Thank you for a lovely stay🙏

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. We stayed here for five nights and were disappointed. It should be considered a 2 star hotel. We booked the standard city view room. The room had chipping paint, scuff marks on the base boards, creaking doors and bed, loose toilet paper and hair dryer holders. The bathroom sink had scuffs in the bowl along with the shower floor. Overall the room didn’t feel clean, especially with the carpet floors. Hair conditioner was not provided at this 4 star hotel. There was no iron or ironing board either. The breakfast was average and pretty much the same thing everyday. I had to ask the young man working there to bring out more bread and jams as they were out. He was not very attentive to provide replacements for the breakfast items. The service provided by the staff is rather cold and dry. There were some evening workers that were nice. The female workers were a bit condescending with their responses. It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach, which is the only good benefit. This hotel tainted our stay in Nice. There was an option to cancel 24 hours before and I wish I had taken advantage of that. After our first night I called asking about cancellation options for the remainder of our trip, but I was told I wouldn’t get a refund because the director is on vacation. So then I asked if someone was covering for her and I was told no. Once again, not sure how a 4 star hotel doesn’t have a covering manager or director as they stated.
