What a lovely gem in a quiet, safe neighborhood of Paris! My son and I stayed here for five nights, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The room was clean and we had chocolates on our pillows every night. The staff were SO welcoming when we arrived - they offered us cold juice and made sure we were comfortable in our room. After staying in Europe for work for the past two months, it was SO nice to have such a warm, friendly welcome. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast were all great. I loved having crepes for breakfast in the morning. Service was 5/5 in all of the restaurants. My son and I really loved the location of the hotel - it is in walking distance of all the famous sites (though if you only want to walk a few minutes from some places, you should probably stay closer to them), and very close to the train stops. There is a great mix of restaurants, take away places, and grocery stores in this neighborhood. We don't eat out every night and prefer fresh fruit/veggies, so this was a good location for us. I also liked that they have refillable glass water bottles in the rooms. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Room was lovely and well appointed. View from our room of a pretty courtyard was very nice. Breakfast was delicious the day we ate. The bar staff Cyril was quite friendly and engaging. This hotel has an international flair with guests speaking many languages and the staff well able to converse and help.

Our experience here was beyond incredible! The staff are attentive and made us feel welcome immediately. I highly recommend room 709. The views of the city are amazing. We will definitely return. Thank you for making our first trip to Paris so memorable.

Maison Astor is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated centrally to all the major tourist sites around Paris.Staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.Great breakfast selection and a lovely bar to relax later in the day with some great cocktails.Would highly recommend.

I recently stayed two nights at Maison Astor in one of their suites, and it was such a beautiful experience. The suite was spacious enough to comfortably fit a baby sleeping pen, which made traveling with my little one so much easier. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a refined and elegant atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows… honestly heavenly!! You just sink right in after a long day exploring Paris. Breakfast truly exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste, but what really stood out to me was the real honeycombs, such a unique and luxurious touch. Very Well done !! The staff were lovely throughout our stay, warm, attentive, and kind. On top of that, the location is very well situated, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would absolutely recommend, especially for anyone traveling with a baby and looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury

We had an incredible stay at Maison Astor! This was our first visit to Paris and this hotel was our first impression of the city. What a great first impression! The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We arrived a little earlier than check-in and fully intended to just drop off our luggage however they were able to get us our room almost immediately. Not only that but the room they gave us had a view of the Eiffel Tower, making this a truly magical stay (Thank you Lindsey!). The location was pretty convenient to many places in an already very walkable city. We were able to get around no problem and felt very safe in this area. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone else traveling to Paris and would love to stay there again.

Nestled on a quiet street, this J.J. Astor designed gem delivers. Friendly, accommodating service from everyone working in any hotel, bar, restaurant, or concierge function. Delicious breakfast + eggs to order how you like them served in a beautiful, chandelier & flowers setting. I stayed 12 days, and this meal offered so much variety that I could change up my selection every day! Concierge was a wealth of information and helped me out with some pretty specifc research requests. You can walk to many attractions, and of course taxis, Uber, and Metro are available. A Monoprix market is one block away if you need groceries or department store products. Maid service was excellent -- and friendly. Gym was adequate. I appreciated that staff was always asking how my stay was going. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about my experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights during the last week of May 2026 and the record high May temperatures. The air conditioning did not work during the first night and it was very uncomfortable. Guest services told us that it could be 4 days until the repair company could come, but luckily they fixed it the next day. We did get a fan in the room in the meantime. However, even with the AC fixed, the room was never comfortably cool. It was better than nothing, but I would not risk staying in this hotel during the hot summer months. ||The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was basic and nothing special. Location is great for luxury shopping, but maybe not so great for the small, family boutique and small restaurant experience.
