Although the facilities were fine, the yoga classes with Ramm have poor or rather zero pedagogy/coaching. One is literally just looking at someone do their exercises while using yoga terms that one might not know if it’s one’s first yoga class. In addition, transitions between poses are very fast that one barely has the time to process everything. Moreover, there is zero pose correction so you can do whatever you want/can. Perhaps, you might also get injured while so. In conclusion, you might want to do your yoga lesson at home following a YouTube tutorial. You’ll be comfortable, do it whenever you want and go at your own rhythm.

Super cute studio!! Did Pilates flow and it was amazing (despite not understanding any French)

Super cute location, this one is more modern vs the other one which is more like a cozy apartment. Apparently they just recently opened so I’m posting a review because there were limited/no photos of this location and I thought it was fake so hope this helps someone else!

Super yoga and pilates classes, I personally love classes in English with Jess. Always new playlist and new set of exercises!

If I could give 0, I would!!!! For all the English speaking people who knows the good service never ever come here!!! Getting to places in Paris already hard as it is, but getting refused at the door for couple of minutes late is unacceptable !!! If you like the courses in Poses just go to Marais , the reception there is much more pleasant and professional!
