Il n'est pas normal d'attendre 1h15 pour passer les 2 contrôles d'identité français et anglais à Calais !!! L'organisation des services est lamentable Nous avons du prendre le bateau suivant et avons perdu 1 h Je ne comprends pas pourquoi certains contrôles durent 10 minutes et plus pour finalement valider le passage des personnes alors qu'un contrôle normal ne doit pas prendre plus de 3 minutes ! Ou c'est un excès de zèle ou l'organisation est à revoir. .. d'urgence. Heureusement les services P&o assurent !!!!
