We tried their newly renovated restaurant today and loved it, it looks fantastic. Probably one of the more exciting ones now in the area. Food was delicious and lots on the menu to choose from. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would love to try here again at night time. The hotel is so easy to find as it sits right in the center of the town. There is a public carpark right in front of it.

We were two girlfriends traveling to Cogolin this summer, and staying at Le Coq Hôtel was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is sumptuous, beautifully designed, elegant yet warm, and every detail feels carefully thought out.||But what made our stay unforgettable was the owner. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming — honestly one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met. He even upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise, and shared a ton of local tips that completely transformed our stay. Thanks to him, we discovered places we never would have found on our own.||He even went the extra mile and booked a table for us at Pablo, the trendiest club on the peninsula. And the best part? He came for a drink with us there! It made the whole evening feel so special and unique. We felt like VIPs everywhere we went.||We left with amazing memories and a huge smile.|If you’re thinking about staying at Le Coq Hôtel — do it. You’ll be taken care of from start to finish, and you’ll experience Cogolin in the best way possible.||We can’t recommend it enough! 💛🐓

In the middle of central Cogolin this hotel sits nicely between it all. It has very nice cooled rooms which is nice when you want to take refuge from the heat. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful in all matters. You can pay for a parking space in the back, which is nice because it is hard to find free parking spots in Cogolin as it is a very busy trafficked city. Overall my experience was amazing and for the price you can't ask for more.

Very nice hotel. Tastefully decorated, very clean rooms and nice bathtub. Locations is convenient. Service was good too. Would recommend for a few nights. Wifi is poor.

This hotel was great for our family stay, we wanted to be as close to St Tropez as possible and this was a great choice. It was super clean, plenty of parking, 15 min drive to St Tropez, plenty of shops/restaurants around the corner. Staff was super nice from check in to breakfest to check out! Would stay again! Great hotel!

GOT SCREAMED AT BY THE NIGHT GUARD FOR NO REASON! VERT DISCOMFORTING! This Hotel has nice rooms and is clean! The location is fine if you are mobile. BUT: we got shouted at in the middle of the night by the guard when we came home. We behaved very normal and walked up the stairs without talking and he shouted at us that we should stop walking! We did not feel very comfortable after this incident in the hotel and even shortened our stay so that we don’t have to meet this man again. The house is very poorly sound proofed and because of that you can also hear the staff clean the other rooms and hallways very loudly in the morning.

Shouting to customers = UNACCEPTABLE!! - Check-in experience was disappointing: - Upon going upstairs, the receptionist shouted at us to be quiet while walking, even though we were just four adults talking at a normal volume. - We were surprised by the lack of tolerance from the reception for a reasonable level of noise. - Another incident occurred when we returned in the afternoon: - Another staff member from the reception shouted at us again for being too loud while going to our room. - As adults, we know how to behave, and a normal level of noise should be accepted in a hotel. - Positive point: The rooms were nice and clean. - However, the non-tolerance policy for normal human behavior is unacceptable in a hotel. - Hotels cater to human clients who naturally converse and make some noise. - If the hotel cannot adapt to this, it might be better suited as a pension for older individuals.

The hotel is located in the center of the village of Cogolin. A parking is available for €6/ day or street parking free from 7pm to 8am right in front of the hotel.|Restaurant, bakery and stores are walking distance. You are 15 min away from the center of St Tropez, Ramatuelle and Port Grimaux (beautiful cities).|The location of the hotel is perfect.|It is open 24/7, the persons at the hotel are very kind and welcoming.|I came with my friend and my mom, we felt home right the way.|The breakfast is outside on the patio, very cute and cozy. The food was delicious, typical french breakfast with fruits, bread butter and jam or Nutella, yogurt, harm, cheese and croissants.|The room was clean and typical from south of France. It was simple but perfect. No hair dryer but I am pretty sure you can ask the reception for one.|I totally recommend this hotel and I will be back !
