Oct 2025: still the worst McDonald's in Strasbourg!!! EVERY time we come here they get our order wrong. The absolute best was this evening as I came to complain about a previous order that was wrong so they gave me a free one.... and got that order wrong too!!!! It is simply unbelievable the level of incompetence here! Feb 2024: The worst McDonald's in Strasbourg ! I don't know what has happened recently as it was always very good but the waiting times for food are ridiculous !!! I waited over 40 minutes in the drive-in before Christmas. Once in the queue you can't get out so you have to stay. The other day there was no queue so I decided to risk it. I waited 25 minutes (at 6.25pm when there were very few people inside or out!) For a simple order. No special requirements or anything. Absolutely appalling.

They take a very long time to serve orders. We arrived at 11 o'clock for lunch. There were only two or three other tables in the dining room besides ours, and the other customers were also waiting a long time for their orders. I was brought a regular cappuccino, even though I had ordered something else. My burgers were hot, but my husband's were cold. The staff walk around chatting to each other instead of quickly serving hungry people who also have things to do, and then they could get on with their own business and chatting.

Good place to get a coffee and bring your kids to play in the playground/Aire de jeux. Specially when it is cold and/or raining outside. Not so good for when it is hot in the summer, because the playground does not climatisation (no air conditioning).

They used to get the order wrong about half the time. I became accustomed to checking every order. Once they blamed it on the system and seemed really surprised when I insisted on receiving what I ordered. And recently they gave me a non-bacon version when I had paid for the upgrade. Not only must you check the number of things, but also the "type". But it was the only order mistake in about 18 months. I once saw a "chef" drop a bun here and pick it up and finish the burger. He looked around to see if anyone had seen; they had.

The manager is super friendly and professional,food came out very fast was a nice experience

Ordered 2 big Macs and they were served almost cold. And not to mention the excessive air conditioning when it's -1 outside.
